Bad customer service and poor quality product. I bought a $500 Tory Burch leather backpack one year ago. The zipper is broken. I called to see if there’s anything they can do about it and no one has called me back ,Don’t waste your money here The products are low quality and you will not receive any help!

great customer service, nice selection of jewelry and purses. I came twice already. I will come again for a new monogram bag with the matching hat. Love my bracelet i would come back to get the silver and gold one.

I visited the store last weekend and the store was very busy packed with people. But the employee named Ana was so helpful and made sure that I had a pleasant shopping experience. I asked her many questions, but she always answered them in detail with smiles. I will be going back only to shop with Ana.

My wife today went to this place and the customer service was awful. I’m not sure if she was discriminated or what because she said other people were treated different. She bought something, but I won’t be back to this place.

The outlet has great customer service! Everyone is so nice! Also, the products are great with a nice variety. They also have sales on top of the outlet prices. We hit an additional 10% off before 12pm. I'll take it!

The sales people need to calm down. Holy moly. I couldn't shop in peace. They have to work on commission cause there's no way these sales people would be so clingy otherwise. I witnessed it with other shoppers as well as myself. A sales lady was glued to my hip while I was looking at bags. Literally an inch away from me. "Oh, the price for that bag is this", "I can show you other bags that are similar", "this bag is perfect for XYZ". I don't need commentary while I shop. I hinted multiple times that I'm just browsing. I actually really liked one bag but couldn't bear to give that store money after the experience.

How humiliating is it for me a woman of color to walk into a well known store such as Tory Burch looking to purchase flats for work and to not even be acknowledged by any of the non brown staff which was the entire working employees there today 10/4/23 around 12:30-12:45 pm. (See who was all working and if you have cameras roll them back)I walked in never greeted, stood by the shoes seen 2 pair however there were 2 employees who looked me in the face and never opened their mouth to ask if I need help, when I'm about to ask 1 go in the back and the other never looked back up. My daughter and I continue to browse and nothing. Whenever I made eye contact with any of the employees not one said anything. As we just decided to walk out 4 staff members laughing and conversing in the doorway never said have a nice day or did you find what you were looking for. Last but not least everyone in the store was non brown... Go figures and I own plenty of Tory Burch merchandise. Wish I could give zero stars...

My girlfriend loves this place she can't wear the earrings but the clothing and the purses She loves.
