Service is good as staff are paid a sales commission. As with most of the stores at this outlet mall, the merchandise has been manufactured specifically for the outlet store. Their Theory clothes are not the same as what you'll find at a department store. And any returns must be made within 30 days.

My wife and I love shopping at this store. This is because Jennifer’s high level tailored personal shopping experience and attention to detail. We love this store because of her! She is a true representation of Theory as a brand.

Giving one since there is no zero. I had one of the most stupid experiences a person can have. I bought 2 pants online, although they were so expensive l loved it. Product was really great. Then bought two for my brother too, he is smaller than me that s shy l bought smaller size. But he tired but said he can wear them because they were not jeans. Anyway l returned soon later, waited for any kind of response, of course did not get any. Then l e mailed. The respond was a complete comedy, it should come with tag etc. Then they told me that l sent the first order which is my own. I just thought l am not understanding because, no logical person would understand. Even during reading the e mail, the pant l bought for myself was on me :Dd Then suggested exchange with another product, l was told they will send order back, then gave me tracking number, of course did not checked right away, because l was ike if they send it will come in a few days. Then l when l checked, according to tracking number package deliver a week ago while l was waiting but there is nothing. Saying again "Product was great but customer relationship was such a headache." So if you are rich enough to not really care about later, that can be cool, however if you are that rich you probably not shopping from there. I will not buy anything there again. I am not an unfair person, if they solve it l will probably delete this comment too.
