The size and overall quality of the rooms were just “okay”. We had obtained a room with no mini fridge and no microwave which was odd. Thankfully the staff was more than accommodating and helpful on that end. The only thing I wish I was able to do was sleep in like I had paid for with the late check out, due to traveling for 12 hours. Instead, I was woken up by hotel staff despite putting the hanger on the doorknob at the beginning of my stay.
The beds were lopsided, lumpy, and beyond firm - super uncomfortable. One side was more stiff and the other was laid in and super uncomfortable.
As per location, outside by the seating area there was sewage coming up onto the chairs and due to how close the place is to the airport there’s constant air traffic noises.
I can’t say I’m going to ever put a reservation in here again unless I have no choice.

Rooms and service is great but just that they charge extra for everything. Even complimentary water bottles are charged, parking is $30 a night which is little expensive even when you’re staying at the hotel.
Little expensive for that kind of simple and small room but Staff is great.
280 for a night is little expensive for just a small regular room.
Understand it’s near prime location near airport but still very expensive for just that kind of room

Noteworthy details: For customers who are staying, parking could have been provided or atleast reduced the parking price.

The Rose Tapestry is the most unique property I've ever experienced. The decor is like nothing you've ever seen, the food is delectable, the guest service is exceptional, and it is one of the nearest hotels to O'Hare International Airport. You won't want to stay anywhere else. If I could give this property 100 stars, I would!

Lovely hotel. I would recommend to anyone. It has such a serene ambiance. The bar has delicious drinks and the breakfast was lovely and freshly made.

I was here on a layover and have nothing negative to say. Staff was helpful and friendly. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

The hotel has excellent service, staff was friendly and helpful, Heidi was great and offered suggestions when we needed any information about good restaurants to eat at or places to site see. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed.
Rooms: Beautifully decorated rooms with modern amenities and a stunning view of the city skyline

Just taking a quick second before flying back home to give a big THANK YOU to all the staff here at The Rose Hotel for all your genuine kindness and help with everything overall, it all went smooth and perfect from check in to check out hands down super clean, and comfortable. Have to give Assistant GM Heidi a huge thank you for all the extra help and recommendations, my first time ever in Chicago and I will definitely be back soon.
Rooms: Amazing is all!!!
Nearby activities: Heidi can definitely guide you and you won’t regret it.
Food and drinks: I’m not a picky eater but am picky about my food but there wasn’t anything I didn’t like of what I did try.

Food and drinks: It was a very nice hotel. We didn't know at the time that we could request a fridge an microwave. My granddaughter an I had breakfast but we weren't happy with the price. Just for the 2 of us it was over $50. She had yogurt an granola an I had 2 eggs, bacon, smashed potatoes an toast. After that we went out to eat.

We had a great stay at the Rose Hotel! We chose the hotel initially just for a place to sleep due to a flight cancellation, but it turned out to be much better than just a clean room. Ashley at the front desk helped us get a room, and knew our large family was exhausted. She made sure the room had everything we needed, and she sent us a treat for the kids to enjoy as a surprise— it made their entire night.
We also enjoyed brunch at the restaurant and the service and food was excellent as well. We would be happy to return, and highly recommend this to future guests.

Almost a Stand out property.
Rooms: King room was spacious with a couch, desk and work area. There is no MINI REFRIGERATOR???? This not understandable considering that all the other Tapestry properties have a mini fridge in the room.
Nearby activities: Many malls and other shopping centers near the hotel, in walking distance or a short ride.
Safety: Secure elevators. Deliver people have to place orders at a designated location and are not allowed up to the rooms.
Walkability: There are two nice restaurants within close walking distance. In a very nice area with lots of entertainment options nearby.

Good location to get in and out of airport, parking access was confusing. Paid $292 for one night and $30 for parking but had a hold on my card for a month for $342. Support staff couldn’t help. Mediocre for price/experience
