Friendly staff and clean store. They have an ulta and Starbucks located inside which is a huge plus. Very convenient location with lots of other stores and restaurants around. Not to far from the airport.

This is my nearest Target, but unfortunately I will never return here again. The attention to detail around this store has gone down hill for quite a while now (with some sections looking as if a bomb went off in them). It is also a fact that Target stopped trying to compete with Meijer on price in most departments about 5-6 years ago. I continued to go in anyway, but less and less. Following my most recent experience, I will never return to this location. I purposefully came in on a weekday afternoon to avoid lines and hassle. However, once it was time to check out, I got both anyway. It is apparently now Target policy to line guests up to use SELF checkout. There is only one open regular checkout lane, and one cannot access it at this location without standing in one line. Again, this was a weekday afternoon but the line was 10+ deep and extended down the aisle toward the drug store section. Perhaps Target will ultimately be successful in training the the public to stand in long lines for self-checkout. Instead of ever risking doing so at this location again, I will drive further to Meijer where I can at least save some money as I have an unpleasant shopping experience.

I've been coming to this Target for years and years. The customer service, the quality of goods have all gone down. I shop here in-person, online, drive-up, pick-up and every which way and I feel I'm done with Target. Yesterday's experience was the last. I did a drive-up order yesterday and I ordered fruit. I came home and see on of my bags is leaking ... it was the bag with the fruit in it. I open it up and sure enough the fruit is rotten and moldy. I can't believe that the associate did not see this; they just don't care anymore. The drive ups are on a clock and that's what they go by, so the quality is never there. I ordered candy as well and it was dated 2020, expired and put in my order. I'm done!

Busy with only self checkout open, not much selection and they don't do exchanges anymore even though they have returns and exchanges desk

They were very busy today and many were in a hurry but the bathrooms were very full cause of a concert and service was decent a pretty mid store but not bad at all has your necessities.

I've never seen such a Target. Worse ever in terms of service, stock and availability and I'd recommend go the other direction for the Target that's closer to the airport.

Came here for some home necessities. The parking lot gets packed, but once inside, not too bad. Lines aren't too bad on a Saturday afternoon. I still would rather come to a target than a Walmart. This location just needs to be cleaned a little more often. The restrooms were disgusting. Please clean them.

Just a heads up...they close their fitting room at 7:00pm every night. Store is open til at least 10:00 (midnight some nights) but you can't try on clothes after 7:00. Really disappointing.

Terrible service. Drive up is more like a joke at this store. 2 calls to the manager after waiting 30 minutes. Three clients have driven away. One after going into the store. Sad.

Sam in Electronics gave great service today. Was on the verge of tears with my cell phone today, total piece of garbage it was and he tried 1,000 times over to fix it and couldn't. 1,000 times polite and patient! Ended up getting a new one which is good so far. Thanks!

Ok, so after moving during the pandemic, this is how my closest target. I stopped in today for a few items but definely needed a card. I cannot explain how odd and off this experience was. I hope I get a survey email so I can explain. But- here goes. . No carts available for customers at the door. No handicapped "carts" available for customers. The employee working customer service says "that person didn't come in to work today". Um, your manager doesn't allocate someone else to do this? Not all teammates do this? So odd. I the did a return with a receipt and they wouldn't put it back to my card EVEN when I showed the man the receipt and matching card. The guy goes "I don't know what to tell you, the system is saying no". Um... can you get someone that can help give me my money back. Why is it that every time I use Apple Pay, you struggle as a company to give me my money back? Don't endorse Apple Pay then. No lanes are open, only self check out. Again, cause no one wanted to work. There are carts of product all over the store. Like carts to restock and also racks of clothes from the fitting rooms. I swear, it's beyond unorganized. This is poor management, but just a lack of scheduling. Is the energy on the remodels? Are you not staffing enough people to get the store back to center when closed?? I used to love target in general... but it hasn't been amazing in years. Get it together. Customers vote with their feet and I seriously say maybe 5-6 customers standing frustrated with their experience today, 7/30 at 10am.

They do have discount deals from time to time and Target has their branded products like Up & Up can save me a few bucks. Target has always been my favorite of the super markets or whatever you call them. Especially like their style of clothing. Like I said before my entire wardrobe consists of only Target brand stuff. I also end up doing most of my grocery shopping there as well. Items are easy to locate in store & they have a wider range that I could easily browse. Shopping is easier at this location! My favorite location amongst the Target stores. The employees here are always kind, helpful, smiling, and phenomenal with helping. It's also the cleanest and most organized Target I've been to. Thanks for hiring wonderful employees.

Honestly, I've had a credit card with Target for over 7 years and today I closed my card because of the horrible customer service experience I had. I wasted basically 2 hours on the phone after being hung up on from several different customer service associates. Sandra, Jennifer (supposed supervisor), Joyce and Dave (supposed manager) none of the associates were able to resolve my issue. They all kept giving me the run around and need better training because none of them know how to read simple notes on customers' accounts. I am so disappointed in target and their decline of customer service. I had one rep tell me that it's due to working from home because of covid which is absolutely a lie - they should still have easy access to notes if they work on laptops? So, what's the problem here? I've always had a good standing with this company and the fact that it took 2 hours and still to no avail my credit card issue wasn't resolved is ridiculous to me! I will make sure to tell friends and family to NEVER open a cc with this company. Worse credit card I've ever opened.

Horrible c customer service, no one wants to help you no checkout lines are ever open the employees make up their own return policy it's just not to do their job when you ask for help they complain and say that's not my department . Not to mention the checkout lines are never open
