Nothing but a great experience when I went to Rosemont’s T-Mobile store.I had the pleasure to have Vanessa assist with my grandmother’s phone. Beyond sweet and wonderful staff.I will advise any Chicagoland T-Mobile customers to go here!!

On 12/6 I went I for a Zagg screen protector replacement for my iPhone prom max 14 and I was told the SKU changed and I had to pay. If I don’t want to pay I should go to the Nile’s store or call 611. I confirmed at three different T mobile stores that they just didn’t want to help me because none of this was true. I walked into a different store and was helped immediately. I tried to call the store and they do not answer. Every other T-Mobile store answers their phones and is willing to help. Shame on you both for giving me this excuse and not wanting to assist me. Do not buy your phone or any other equipment here. I should have asked for their names so I could shame them online. They should also be replaced after reading the reviews online. I feel sorry for the owner.

This is the worst business I have ever had the displeasure of "trying" to do business with. They close at 8:00pm, I came in 7:50 and they were inside and refused to open locked door. I came in a week later at 7:40 soon as I could (I finish work late), and they were again locked and refused to open door shrugging and grinning when I pointed at my watch to suggest it's not 8:00pm far from it. Lazy and gross unprofessional attitude, people who hate their jobs and are loathe to do it. I was looking to switch 6 business lines from Verizon but now am sticking with Verizon!!!!!

Couldn't have a worse experience!I walked in after my phone was stolen, and these girls and guys couldn't care less and showed absolutely no interest whatsoever to help me. Felt like they hated being there and dealing with customers.As a salesperson myself, I would give em 0 stars if I could.The attitude was horrible. Didn't bother to explain anything to me. Just absolutely no care!

One of the worst store experiences I've had. I purchased from this store in May 2022 and cancelled immediately within a month due to their false promise. I have returned the tracker to T-Mobile which is not even used. Still these guys send bill to collection agent.

HANDS DOWN the best tmobile store i’ve ever walked into !!! today i worked with a blonde girl & she was so polite & pleasant as well as very knowledgeable. i came in with an issue that another store created & not only did she help me resolve it, but she also helped me save money. i came in here a week before with some questions & the whole staff answered every single one in a way i was able to easily understand. strongly recommend coming to this location!

Arrived 15 minutes before closing and the door was already locked. Tried letting them know all I needed was a new screen protector under my 360 protection plan, as mine had a sharp edge and I was traveling for work, but they wouldn’t even come to the door - they just held their hands up like “sorry, closed”. Open until 8pm doesn’t mean lock the door by 7:45.Edit: This is the correct location - I was staying at the Fairfield adjacent to this plaza.

The lady that helped me helped me lower my bill and got me a promotion on my new phone. I recommend this location because, i went to the one in the mall and they did not offer me the same promotion or discount on my bill

This store sucks always trying to suck $$$$ from you my phone was not working and i was eligible for a free upgrade and they claimed they did not have the phone and charged me $149.00 for a new phone which did not come with a charger which was another $$$39 stay far away from this place

DO NOT go to this store if you’re going to do anything with your phone plan. Went in to switch my phone line from my parents to my own. The store is completely empty besides two employees and they made it pretty clear with their shortness that they wanted it to stay that way. They told me it’s all done through 611 and were not anymore helpful after that. I call 611 and they release my line and tell me to pop into the nearest store and they’ll set me up with a new plan. I go back into the store and they tell me there is no possible way for them to move my line in store and that I have to do it through 611. I ask them for help with it and they don’t help me at all. Anyways 1 and a half hours 611 finally transfers my line and reminds me that I can just go into store to make any more changes to the account.

One of the worst store experiences I've had. The store is a third party store. They will sell/upsell you anything they can and later claim they can't help you with returns or any issues with orders. Give you wrong information to call 611 to get help because once they sell you anything they can't help with issues. The so called store manager having a pretty rude attitude because I was given wrong information by one of the employees and she then refused to help in any way because it's out of their hands.So in that case. Don't do business with this store as if there are any issues they will not be able to help and re-direct you to a "corporate location".

Do not go here. They will add extra things to your account without your knowledge. Had to call and talk to customer service. Seeing from the recent views and explaining it to the customer service man who was very patient. I had to give the address of the store and they will be looking into this store. Just avoid at all costs.
