They proceeded a return without confirming anything with us! Leave alone it took the store associate 30 good minutes to find our order. They just returned my order and forced us to purchase a new pair for more expensive! This is legit stealing to increase their store revenue. Avoid this store.

You scammed me out of my sunglasses. I wanted a simple exchange, but you took my original pair that I had purchased at 40% off and gave me a more expensive pair at 30 percent off, and you didn't disclose any of these to me. You literally stole my aungless and robbed me of 10% of my money.I HAD NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE.I am not gonna let this slideI am going to your corporate, and I am going to Ray Bans corporate.

I had a horrible experience with Sunglasses Hut. The name showcases the best selling products. This company is trash. Scamming people into buying broken and used pairs of sunglasses. They didn’t go over disclaimers with me before forcing me into buying their trash to meet the goal. The salesperson was Joseph located in Sunrise, FL. The worst experience I had. I never buy anything from this place ever. But because I was on a vacation. And I was in a happy mood. Joseph scammed me into buying these pairs of Rayban’s. Horrible experience. I recommend to stay away from this company.. they will not honor your refund.

Was in the shop yesterday. Jennifer was a fantastic rep for the store and brand. She was very honest and patient with us while we were going through options. Very happy with how she dealt with us.

Don’t trust their hours. I arrived at 10:11 on Monday and it was closed. A minute later the employee comes with her breakfast purchase to open the doors and says we have to wait another 15 minutes because she needs to open up the registers.

Before I could even begin to talk and explain my situation, Dominick the manager had a disgusting attitude, scary facial expressions and a high pitch tone voice.What a unpleasant experience I had at this place. If you ever go here, avoid Dominick the clown. They need classes on customer service.

Today I experienced the most disrespecting and unprofessional service at this location. The lady started to talk on her high tones at the very first question I asked her. She was absolutely disgusting in her unjustified attitude, as if I came to get the sunglasses for free from her personal stock. Unbelievable. I was going to get myself a pair of sunglasses as my birthday gift which is tomorrow. But left absolutely upset. By the way she was super nice to my husband which makes me think if she’s just a misogynist or what? Terrible.
