“I purchased a pair of high top converse shoes for my granddaughter in Chicago at a pop-up store. We live in Wisconsin and when we got home, we realized we had two left feet, one canvas, one leather. I called the store in Chicago and they have never set up a mailbox so I had no one to contact. I did call Mark at the store in Rosemont. He was very helpful and tried to offer many alternative way for us to figure this out. I appreciate all the time and energy he put into it. Kudos to him. ❤️”

“Amazing experience at this store on July 4th' 2024! My wife and I were visiting Chicago from CA. She went shopping at this Under Armour store in the mall in the evening of July 3rd. That night she realized she had lost Tiffany's white gold bracelet with diamonds that I had gifted her for our 25th anniversary! She could not sleep that night! Next morning we called the store. Alex (did not ask for his last name) picked up the phone. We explained the situation. He put us on hold - it took longer than expected so we thought they could not find the bracelet and it is gone! To our surprise, when Alex came back on the call, he asked for us to identify the bracelet. Once we did he said, he has the bracelet. It was such a relief to hear that. We were overjoyed. We drove to the mall, met with Alex at the store and he handed us the bracelet. This bracelet has sentimental value for us but is also very expensive. We are so grateful to Alex for what he did. We appreciate his customer service, honesty, integrity and effort to thoroughly look for out prized possession. Thank you so much, Alex.”
“Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I didn’t get the results I liked, but they were still very good at what they did.The store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items!Each department has a good variety of items and sizes and the racks are extremely full.The store is easy to get to from the parking lot. It is very clean well designed and easy to find what you need.”

The shoes are well laid out and displayed, and were well stocked.
The store is primarily modern design and it’s easy to navigate to store and find what you need.

“Really friendly service and knowledgeable people working there we spent the good amount of our afternoon looking at things and they were very patient with us the entire time. They are located conveniently on the second floor of the fashion outlets of Chicago right across from the tea shop UniUni. There is plenty of parking available at the Rosemont fashion outlets you can even find superchargers and electric charges for your cars.”
“Nice small shop for babies items. Prices are much better than the non outlet shop. Staff were very friendly, specially the Algerian cashier lady was very helpful and nice. I would definitely come here again.”
“I came in not expecting to buy anything, I was taking a look walking around and when I was looking at the running shoes when an employee approached me. He said his name was Jonathan and asked me if I needed any help looking for a size. We couldn't find my size so we tried to find it online but we just couldn't. So he went to look for a shoe at the clearance wall and managed to find me a pair of goretex pegasus running shoes. And then he signed me up for the nike app. Overall it was a great experience, great customer service definielty coming back here for another pair.”
“Kala was very polite, patient, and professional. She surely is enthusiastic when assisting customers! She helped me walk out the store with a new full piece suit. She tirelessly went back and forth to find me the correct sizes and styles. She gave me some great advice and helped me style my new suit. “Had an awesome experience in the store not sure if she was the store manager or not ( she should be ) her name was Keitha. She helped my 6 year old pick out some crocs. She was very helpful in asking my daughter questions about what she like and checking her size. I can’t wait to come back and shop again.”

“I had the most amazing customer service with my most recent order! Natalie not only took my phone order a few weeks ago but ended up doing my exchange (I decided I wanted a different shoe) and she took care of me with ease. She went above and beyond. Despite the store being super busy and hearing some customers being ridiculously rude from the second they approached the store, employees were accommodating and so sweet. So happy with my experience!”

“A great Hypebeast sneaker store that has a great selection of the popular in demand sneakers that you cant find in regular sneaker stores. They specialize in Nike SBs, Jordan 1s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 11s, Dunks, a few Bape and Yeezys as well as hypebeast / popular streetwear clothing brands such as Supreme, Fear of God, Bape, Gallery Dept, Anti Social Social Club, Comme De Garcons, their own custom merch, and more. They also carry caps/hats and misc Supreme items.The store is super spacious and large, has some good decor, multiple workers to help customers, good customer service, a prize machine with Nike Jordan grails,They have a good selection but not many sizes for every shoe so its almost like a boutique with a large selection but not for every size which is a bummer.However they still are a bit more fair on pricing than similar sneaker stores of its kind.”
