“Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I didn’t get the results I liked, but they were still very good at what they did.The store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items!Each department has a good variety of items and sizes and the racks are extremely full.The store is easy to get to from the parking lot. It is very clean well designed and easy to find what you need.”
“I purchased a pair of high top converse shoes for my granddaughter in Chicago at a pop-up store. We live in Wisconsin and when we got home, we realized we had two left feet, one canvas, one leather. I called the store in Chicago and they have never set up a mailbox so I had no one to contact. I did call Mark at the store in Rosemont. He was very helpful and tried to offer many alternative way for us to figure this out. I appreciate all the time and energy he put into it. Kudos to him. ❤️”

“Amazing experience at this store on July 4th' 2024! My wife and I were visiting Chicago from CA. She went shopping at this Under Armour store in the mall in the evening of July 3rd. That night she realized she had lost Tiffany's white gold bracelet with diamonds that I had gifted her for our 25th anniversary! She could not sleep that night! Next morning we called the store. Alex (did not ask for his last name) picked up the phone. We explained the situation. He put us on hold - it took longer than expected so we thought they could not find the bracelet and it is gone! To our surprise, when Alex came back on the call, he asked for us to identify the bracelet. Once we did he said, he has the bracelet. It was such a relief to hear that. We were overjoyed. We drove to the mall, met with Alex at the store and he handed us the bracelet. This bracelet has sentimental value for us but is also very expensive. We are so grateful to Alex for what he did. We appreciate his customer service, honesty, integrity and effort to thoroughly look for out prized possession. Thank you so much, Alex.”

The shoes are well laid out and displayed, and were well stocked.
The store is primarily modern design and it’s easy to navigate to store and find what you need.
The staff was very helpful, courteous, and willing to help you with anything you needed.”

“Great store. Lots to choose from except that the ones I chose the word cracks aren’t gonna work for me so I have to take them back. They are very nice with the return policy. But the only thing I have to bring the crocs back if I want to get a refund or exchange because I’m in a wheelchair and it’s very difficult for me to get around although they were very nice and brought me a stool to sit on to try on the different clogs.”
“Customer service was top tier in a nation of dying customer service. I was greeted when I walked through the door, was asked if I needed help finding anything and staff was available to help find sizes. I appreciate this experience today and they had amazing sales.”
“I went in July 1st around 1~PM. I was helped by a young woman, who unfortunately I didn't remember to get their name, and she was one of the most helpful salesperson I've ever met. But that should narrow it down.
I was looking for a casual look for a dinner, and she basically did the equivalent of holding my hand and guiding me through her whole selection of garments. She suggested colors, fabrics, added anecdotes about clothes her friends and family had tried.
I went in not expecting that much, and left with nearly my entire outfit! Her help was indispensable. Thanks for everything! I hope your managers recognize what a gem you are!”

“A great Hypebeast sneaker store that has a great selection of the popular in demand sneakers that you cant find in regular sneaker stores. They specialize in Nike SBs, Jordan 1s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 11s, Dunks, a few Bape and Yeezys as well as hypebeast / popular streetwear clothing brands such as Supreme, Fear of God, Bape, Gallery Dept, Anti Social Social Club, Comme De Garcons, their own custom merch, and more. They also carry caps/hats and misc Supreme items.The store is super spacious and large, has some good decor, multiple workers to help customers, good customer service, a prize machine with Nike Jordan grails,They have a good selection but not many sizes for every shoe so its almost like a boutique with a large selection but not for every size which is a bummer.However they still are a bit more fair on pricing than similar sneaker stores of its kind.”
