Rosemont Theater was surprisingly better than I had expected. It seems any seat in the house has a straight shot to the stage. Good sound system without any echoing. Seating wasn't chaotic but we did have our group come find us to escort us to our seats. Bag check and wand security check were done at the door. Line moved pretty quickly but we were running late and the opening act had already started. I didn't purchase concessions but did see that they were available. Parking was a bit of a mess. Large venue with not enough parking unfortunately. Somehow traffic patrol escorted us into the fashion outlets and we parked there unknowingly if it was allowed or not. Luckily our car hadn't been towed! Some of our friends who parked in the theater lot paid $35-$45 which is quite steep for the burbs! Would recommend ride share in and out of the venue!

Amazing concert! The parking was a but complicated and unorganized. The event itself was absolutely spectacular! Great acoustics.

Absolutely beautiful place. The Derek and Hallie Hough dance show was outstanding and a great show as well. I would 100% see his show again, just not at this theater unless some majpr training was done on the security. The only other item was that there were no non-alcoholic beverages that weren't pop. Those of us unable to drink for any reason from the design driver to medical conditions doesn't mean we don't want to enjoy a nice virgin slushy, too. There were also no straws for the drinks that weren't 4 inches tall. The bigger the straw, the faster people drink, the more they buy. Seems common marketing knowledge to me, but the only straw for a 16oz pop was a 4 inch coffee straw. Now the hough show invited all guests to take videos and photos of the whole show and the dancers. It was an announcement made for all to hear, including the security staff. Most of the security ladies i met were kind and helpful, but several were lacking in personality and basic principles. That being said, several of The security staff needs to learn the concept of "backstage" if there are no signs posted and you are taking a video of a dancer in a public lobby,( where you paid a ticket to be, then there is no expectation of privacy. Nothing said it was a backstage lobby, and we were ushered there as the theater emptied. Never being told it was a backstage restricted area, especially since it was next to the public bathroom. )Whether the dancer is with family or not. She is a performer. People paid money to see and take photos. Invited by the show to take video and photos of her no less. So, for security to demand anyone to not take a video because it's her family is nonsense. If we had not simply backed down the way we did, that guard was more than ready to escalate a situation for no reason other than her ego...and then NOT to know what the concept of the 1st amendment and what no expectations of privacy in public actually means is disheartening. She was the topper to a terrible display of security from the beginning. So many of us were joking about it, but how many will actually call or write something, I don't know. The security coming in did a horrible job wanding us for weapons. My friend and I and the people sitting around us were commenting that we didn't feel confident or safe that there were no guns inside the theater with the way they were searching for people coming in.The two guards at our door literally took the metal detection wand from our chest to our thighs so quickly, never asked us to lift our arms, never wanded our backside or ankles. All places a holster could be put. Our bags were not wanded. It was a pathetic attempt at giving a false sense of security. The people around us commented they were experiencing similar search styles. Not at all feeling the security was even trained security or maybe just Temps hired and given shirts.I would bet if the Hough production company knew their dancers were in danger from the security's lack of training, I would think they would think twice about returning. No successful dancer or actor wants to know their safety, and the safety of their paying guests is taken so Flippidly. ?The bathrooms were okay, but no attendant was there to help when the toliet paper was out or a door was locked but empty. One woman in the stage right bathroom actually laid on the ground to unlock an empty stall to help speed up the line for others. She didn't work there. she just didn't want anyone to miss the show either. Why wasn't there staff inside to help with anything that popped up during the 20-minute intermission? The theater is beautiful but there is some major room for training improvements.

Beautiful place. Love the theater vibe with the huge chandelier over the grand staircase. Seating is spaced out and comfortable. Balcony seating didn't seem too far from the stage either. It allowed us to enjoy a great show last night.

It had been a while since i was at Rosemont, I went to go see a famous Columbian singer. The staff did an amazing job at directing us where to stand in line, where we waited to be seated, and where to sit once the show started. I appreciated all the help. Great job, staff!! I will return again for future events.

Very nice atmosphere. Their sound system is awesome! If you are at a conference and need to step out, you can continue listening to the speaker in the lobby area and beyond.

The theater was very comfortable. Seats were comfortable. However, what I was most impressed with was the sound system. It was impeccable. I attended a day long conference and the sound was perfect throughout.

First time to this venue, and it was amazing! I loved how the theatre is, even sitting on the balcony, I felt I was able to see the stage very clearly, about to see artists perform easily. Parking was no issue, and the staff was helpful. The venue looked rich.

Although parking was pricey, $25, I traveled alone, and it was extremely convenient and safe. The venue was lovely as always. First row balcony was perfect for concert viewing.

Great setup here. I went to see Aespa here, and getting through security was easy. Drinks are pricey; water is $5 bottle. Bathrooms clean and no wait when I went. The seats are comfortable, but obviously after a couple hours, you're gonna be tired of em.My issue was that they aimed the lights up in the balcony sections and blinded everyone every 10 to 15 seconds. It hurt even with my eyes closed. Thankfully, it went away when the concert actually started. I think the first handful rows in the front for balcony was the best to see.Parking is $25, and it seems police help getting people sorted out for leaving which felt super easy after waiting 10 minutes from the crowd.

Great concert experience right next to O'Hare airport. It can seat about 4400 people. If you sit in the corners then you don't have a good view. But from the middle the view is good even from all the way in the back. They have elevators that most people don't know about which will take you past all the crowdsThe main negative is parking, all the spots close to the theater get full really early and you have to park farther away and pay $25 for parking and it takes like 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot.
