Please update store hours for your customers. Store closes at 8pm not 9 pm as it says on Google. Came at 8 and doors were closed. Waste of time

This store, like their others have a nice selection of RL/Polo clothes and accessories. The problem is that every of their stores seem to have a policy where al.ost every employee with come up to you and repeatedly ask you if you need help or what your looking for. I completely understand trying to have good customer service but this particular company does it to the point of harassment. It's very aggravating.

I’ve always came here to buy but today it was horrible service, I went in to buy a scarf, it didn’t have a price and instead of the cashier helping me by actually hearing me out about it being the last one to try to find in the system she was very rude about it and even put me on the side to help the next customers. Then I spoke to a manager name Jocelyne and she was defending her instead of actually considering of what I had to say, me as a customer. I’m very disappointed in this being “customer service”.
