It is impossible to get a hold of anyone! You try to call the corporate office and it tells you to hit customer service which takes you back to club info. You would think, there would be a working website or an email to communicate problems/concerns.

I am a member at planet fitness in Kankakee Illinois. They just gave me a real bad taste. Knowing that I can not trust them with my belongings in my locker, and my daughters locker. Planet fitness has damage the lockers inside the women's locker rooms. And my stuff is all stolen and my daughters locker. The attendant that was at Planet fitness acted as if he could care less. 2-7-24 at 8:00 pm

I like the gym a lot BUT they Need a policy that they send out a reminder that they are going to Auto-Draw their annual fee.. no way can a regular person remember for a year. Cost me a $30 overdraft because of $2 over, because I didn't remember...

5 months ago at the gym located "El Monte Mall, 652 Av. Luis Muñoz Rivera Ste 100, San Juan, 00918, Puerto Rico" I was attacked for no reason by a subject who initially wanted me to do an exercise the way he said it was the correct one. I told him to just leave me alone because he wasn't interested in what he had to say. So he just punched me in the face. I got up and went to the reception to explain the situation. The subject (notably under the influence of some drug) chased me there, insulting me. The subject said that he hit me because according to him I disrespected him (because I didn't want to do what he wanted). I was upset by what he said so I asked the guy at the front to call the police and he just called security (only when he saw my attacker continued to threaten me). At one point I tried to prevent my attacker from escaping and confronted him. The next day the manager mockingly (that my membership was canceled and that I was banned from any other company gym in the entire world) told me that because I tried to prevent the guy from escaping I was just as responsible for the situation. Which was the final straw and I asked him to speak to his supervisor and he just ignored me. They did nothing to help me, they just watched while the situation happened instead of helping me like any victim of assault. According to the manager, in theory I should let them attack me or kill me otherwise they will take away your membership. And don't expect any help either to calm the situation or to treat your wounds because they don't care.

Our center in Dubuque needs attention in cleaning. It has really gone down hill in the past few months. Very dirty floors. Also alot of broken equipment, machines. Paper towel dispensers have been broken way to long.

Today I went in to the Woodridge location to try to move my membership over to this location, in trying to explain why I couldn’t transfer online the store manager Andrea was very rude to me, wouldn’t let me complete a sentence, just totally disregarded me. I tried explaining to her that another location canceled my membership to bring me over to there location in Hickory Hills and that they waived the annual fees because they could see I just paid the annual fee last month, but going to Hickory Hills was inconvenient and out my way, that I needed Woodridge location instead. Andrea told my that they don’t have the ability to waive fees, even though I saw it done at Hickory, i explained to her that I’d been a member over a year and that I just paid my annual, that she could see this in my PF acct, she then stated she can’t look into my PF acct, as I tried explaining to her that the employee there had just looked me up by phone number, she then turned to him and was rude to him, telling him to erase the screen! As she continued to cut me off, I kept saying to her can u let me finish my statement, and she refused. I asked for the corporate #, because how is this lady a manager when she care’s nothing about customer service. She told me to wait the 90 days at Hickory or upgrade plain and simple! So forget I’ve been with PF over a year, and it’s not my fault my membership was canceled instead of transfered, Just sad

Worst gym company ever! I cancelled early August and I keep getting billed still! I am getting a lawyer and I'm going to get these people in alot of trouble!

Since the COVID 19 lockdown I was still being charged monthly for my membership. I am now requesting a return of this money and was told there are no refunds. I have to send a certified letter or come into the facility to end my membership, but there is still no refund. I am protesting this policy of "no refund" . I will end my membership and as a senior citizen I will discourage others my age from participating in your services.
