Purchased a 6XL coat for my son online. Spoke with Deep regarding my order and possibly buying another coat for myself. He was very helpful and even had someone text me pictures of additional coats that they had in stock. I received my son's coat and it didn't fit. He's a 3-4XL in clothes. I have tried to reach out via voicemail, text, email, and online chat with no response at all. They ghosted me. Please be aware that Original Goose Country does not issue refunds or exchanges for online orders. Their coats run pretty small. Even though they rely on online orders a great deal and their products are not true to size they aren't accommodating to online customers. I suggest purchasing from another retailer that stands behind their product 100% throughout the business deal and not just until they have your money. If you notice their refund policy on the website is a huge red flag. It pretty much lets you know that they get requests for refunds and exchanges more than occasionally and have refused more often than not. They are simply covering themselves up front. Since there is no way to know what size would fit you according to OGC scale, just shop with an online company that actually does "gladly accept" exchanges/refunds. It's not them. They don't stand behind their products even though they actually make their own products and aren't a 2nd or 3rd party dealer. They are a new company (2018) but I don't see them being successful in the long run unless they get bought out or just sell to vendors so that they don't have to directly deal with the public. FAKE LEATHER, second week and it began to peel. owner told me that "real leather burns easy", "the paint would come off with scotch tape, it's a luxury brand". wanted a refund and was denied. SCAM.

Well, definitely in this store, you will find such nice heels that you can wear for work, parties or any event. Their products can really last for a long time based on personal experience. Before, I always got curious about this shop as my friends always talked about this shop. Like how beautiful the heels they bought here or how comfy and elegant the product they bought in this shop. And now, I understand why they love and always talk about this shop. And it's because it's really worth the money. Though it's not so affordable for some, still, the quality is absolutely match for its price. So, you will definitely not regret your decision in investing some of your money in their product. Plus, the staff are nice and very accommodating. In my first time shopping here, I really don't know anything and I am getting uncomfortable because I feel like I am being awkward in front of staff or even customers. But since there are staff who warmly assist me, they made the mood lighter for me. So, it's a big thumbs up for me.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Extremely helpful. Salesperson let me try on different styles of jackets.The quality of the jackets is excellent. Extremely soft leather.Any old school hip hop heads, need to head to this store and check it out !I was so happy with the quality of the V Bomber jackets. I purchased two !
