I purchased a pair of pants from lulu two days ago. I was told by one of the workers that I was purchasing a regular inseam length. When I took it home it was too short and after looking on line, she in fact was wrong, they were the short length. Purchasing from an outlet I am unable to return them. I asked to speak with a MALE manager who REFUSED to provide his first name. I asked to speak to his boss and was told that he was as high up as I could go. He was not willing to help me after being mis informed by his workers and he was exceptionally rude.

Extremely poor customer service. The male manager who would not give his name is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Don’t shop here!

The store was 95°, and very busy. It was uncomfortably warm. The selection was mostly leggings all @ $79 and tops @ $49. It was a thrift store for Lululemon

Beware. I had a manager tell me that I can exchange items for different ones within the same category, and still get the promo (I even clarified this with her), and when I came to do that (within 20 days), same manager proceeded to create new conditions and lie to my face.Suddenly, the exchange needed to happen in 1-2 days; why was this never mentioned? Why does the outlet tell people they have 1 year to exchange, and why does Lululemon have a global policy of 30 days then?Also, I would now need to pay more since the outlet promo changed. However, the promos here change daily, and it takes awhile for a different size or color to come in; why tell me I can exchange at the same promo when you never planned to uphold that? The cherry was when she told me that if an exchange item was now on a promotion for less money than I paid, I would "lose that $10, but it would even out over time." WHAT?!?! No, it doesn't. That's called taking advantage of the customer. Who created a policy where the promo only applies when it is favorable to Lululemon? Who hired this woman?I have repeatedly heard outlet employees aggressively push customers to buy items they are unsure about with that exchange policy safety net. Also, isn't there this whole satisfaction and sustainability push from Lulu? I think shoving product down a customer's throat and then lying about the exchange policy kinda goes against that..maybe?Hmmm...Lulu is really starting to remind me of Abercrombie in its heyday.

The store doesn't bother responding to emails. Then reached out to the regular customer service and they stopped responding after a couple emails. They were supposed to help me with a refund or credit. I've sent another 10 emails over the past couple weeks and nothing. Horrible customer service especially considering I spent almost $400 in one trip at the outlet and now I'm stuck with two items I can't wear. Was also never told that they were final sale. This while experience makes me never want to buy lululemon again.

Outlet location with large inventory. Remains better stocked in comparison to other retail stores after the Christmas shopping rush.

I am writing this review because this happened to me thrice already to be exact. The last two times, I had to let go as they weren't major but this time....the prices that they have on the tags do not match with what they have on the registry. I only ever wear Lululemon for very specific reason: quality. I've never had issues and they do free alterations. Additionally, once you've ran down the apparels, they'd be happy to let you bring the items in for a store credit (I have not done that so far). Going back...what they're doing, not sure if it's on purpose, is stealing. People pay attention. So today, I went back and got my money back.
