I didn't realize until i was home and looked at the receipt that i was over charged. I placed nondairy items in 1 bag and assorted dairy items in another to keep them separate. They're both the same price by weight but i was charged the higher premium price for the heavier bag. My fault for not seeing it at the time but it should not have happened in the first place.

I had a great experience at the Lindt Chocolate Shop in Rosemont IL. Upon arrival the wonderful sales associate offers each customer a yummy sample of chocolate! Lindt chocolate shops typically offer a wide variety of premium chocolate products, including truffles, pralines, chocolate bars, and other confections. The store is very clean and well lit. It has a visually appealing layout and packaging. It's a very colorful, fun place to be!

I shopped here on August 23, 2023 like 10 minutes before closing time and the associates were super friendly. I thought they would rush me but instead I was offered samples. One of my shopping bags was ripped. As I was checking out the associate offered me a bag to help me with the items in my ripped bag. Unfortunately I didn’t grab the associates names but they were fantastic.

I used to love Lindt, but now they never have any dark truffles (except plain dark, no flavors), they've changed the whole loyalty program which every employee seems to be confused about, and isn't it about time to offer a sugar free selection? It's 2023. But let's be clear, the chocolate is amazing.

A great chocolate shop in Rosemont Fashion Outlets mall. They regularly give free samples and have tons of options. Make custom bags full of your choice of chocolates as a gift for someone or for yourself. Good stuff.

All associates were friendly and helpful. Typically they have good deals on multiple items. Can't leave without buying at least a couple things.
