Loved the new Maple flavor!
Parking: It's horrible after they open and even worse later in the day, but it was Labor day when we went.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, however the elevators weren't working on one side of the building making it impossible to get down to lower levels unless you went to the opposite side of the building like we had to.

Went this location few time in past. But this weekend I found customer service as trash. The short lady with flat face was kind of mean and acting like a cop. Well I purchased for $90+ just in chocolate but she was more worried my brother holding one candy in his hand unintentionally. There were more cops employees in store than the customers. They have lost their charm. I only go there coz my brother loves Lindt. Next time I would order online rather than to see such sad faces in stores.

The shop is amazing. We love dark chocolate and the shop had a fantastic selection. The service is welcoming and professional. Rochelle is wonderful!

I was recently at the shop in Rosemont (6/6/24) when I noted flies and small black bugs behind the glass casing sitting on the chocolate bars. I informed the gentleman that was working and he responded with sarcasm “That’s a shame” but continued to sell it to customers who didn’t notice. Fly specks could have been on the chocolate and he totally disregarded my concern. All I can say is Public Health!

The store was crowded the day I was there. Plenty of staff was available. I chose a 25 pc mix for about $15 & a chocolate drink for $6. Both were very good

This 25 pieces packing box is a joke, thought it looks beautiful. We put 25 pieces and brought to the cashier. And the cashier double-checked that we got the correct number of pieces. Everything was great so far. However, when she put pieces back into the packing box, chocolates loosely filled up the box, ending up with overflow. The cashier just put back the cap. Many pieces were cracked!

The chocolate is good. I wanted to try the new flavors but no one offer it. So I bought 4 pieces of new flavors and it costs me $4.5. Overpriced.

Their truffles are yummy. It was a good sale the day I went. So I gave truffles out for Christmas gifts to my supervisors.

I didn't realize until i was home and looked at the receipt that i was over charged. I placed nondairy items in 1 bag and assorted dairy items in another to keep them separate. They're both the same price by weight but i was charged the higher premium price for the heavier bag. My fault for not seeing it at the time but it should not have happened in the first place.

I had a great experience at the Lindt Chocolate Shop in Rosemont IL. Upon arrival the wonderful sales associate offers each customer a yummy sample of chocolate! Lindt chocolate shops typically offer a wide variety of premium chocolate products, including truffles, pralines, chocolate bars, and other confections. The store is very clean and well lit. It has a visually appealing layout and packaging. It's a very colorful, fun place to be!
