Their service Is trash, I bought a hat not too long ago and I wanted a design on it. And when I went to pick it up they did the On the side not on the back like I wanted it… and then they gave me a refund but I still haven’t received my money on my card and it’s already been a week I need a solution fast

Embarrassing experience at the Lids store in Rosemont. I went to return a brand new, never worn hat. Destiny, the employee told to me it was worn and had sweat stains. Really?? All stickers were still on it and again, it was never worn!!!! I guess people don't try hats on in store either then? I've never been so upset walking out of a store before. Very unprofessional and accusatory. I definitely won't be bringing any of my business anywhere near them. I would give zero stars if I could.

Went to purchase a couple hats as gifts and received the most exceptional service from the district manager Brandon, Marvin and their entire time. Everyone there was extremely accommodating and had the most patience while delivering exceptional service to a packed store!!

I want to thank Steve and the crew over at the Lids Rosemont location for making this Christmas truly memorable.I arrived at the store, selected the hats and had them embroidered by Steve. I explained to the young lady that the two hats were for my sons. My other son passed away almost a year ago, I wanted to give them something special to honor him for the holidays. The hats turned out phenomenal. They boys loved them ♥️Thank you Steve for your kindness and showing such empathy towards a complete stranger.Many Blessings to you and your outstanding crew. Maybe it's because I'm an avid cap collector that I just can't appreciate Lids like I used to. I'm tired of seeing the same basic options over and over again. I will continue to resort to online shopping with companies other than Lids.
