Terrible customer service.Terrible policy.One register open. Staff is asking question after question, plodding along while people wait to check out.The thing is... they push for your phone number and email, which slows down checkout. Especially, if someone is going through the whole procedure.No problem, the options could be useful, but to keep people waiting in line could frustrat.Finally someone opens a register, but is not happy, basically stone silence, when I offer up my opinion of the situation.Other shops in the mall are much more customer service oriented and understanding some people just want to check out in a timely manner.
