“My wife and I met with Susan the manager and Lina I believe was her name. Both were BEYOND Helpful! We had just bought my wife a Pandora bracelet and charms in Oakbrook 3 days prior to the free bracelet sale. We stopped by the Fox Valley Pandora and inquired about doing a return/exchange to get the free bracelet since that was the new offer, we were told we couldn't because my wife's bracelet was used even though it was a simple return/resell in their Point of Sale system but still were told we couldn't take advantage of the offer. We happen to have a family event in Norridge and stopped by this Pandora store and were looking at just buying some additional charms to get the free bracelet. We met with Susan and Lina and explained our previous purchase which Susan was able to do exactly that, return/resell the same bracelet thus giving us the promotion and we purchased additional charms at their location and will be going back since both Susan and Lina went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

“What a great experience despite the fact that, unfortunately, I cannot remember the ladies' names! My necklace chain had two nearly impossible knots to untangle and even though it took a solid 20 minutes, they successfully untangled them! Initially, they said they may need to send it to the jeweler and would need to quote us, but that ended up not being necessary and the untangling was done for free! We also looked for a new chain and received guidance for which one to choose. My fiancé and I sincerely appreciated their patience when we said we would need time to consider – no pushing at all! Worth mentioning: this store always has impressive deals and sales happening. Thank you!!”
