I spend a lot of money at Janie & Jack mostly through ordering on their website. We had to take our family to OHare so I decided to stop by this location. Unfortunately the experience was less than stellar. The sales associate working named VALERIE didn't greet us upon walking in the store or even offered to help as I was looking for items. When I called her out on it she didn't even apologize. I left without making a purchase bc I refuse of patronize a place of business with rude sales associates! Someone at store 2184 should train Valerie on how to treat customers.

Please get yourself some bags and boxes, people often shop not for themselves but as a gift for someone else. I've been shopping at other J&Js a lot, and this was the first time when I came out a bit disappointed.

I did not plan on going in this store but I was with my friend who has kids and she decided to shop clothes for her kids and since I am with her, I do not have a choice but to also go in here. I did not buy anything but I wanted to share how wonderful this store is. First, the staff is friendly and very accommodating who helped my friend with everything. She is a definitely a nice and helpful salesperson. Second, the place is spotless and well-lit and the racks and the selections are all organized. Third, the products are all lovely literally lovely. I think this is one of the best kid's stores I visited. The clothes are just so beautiful the designs for both male and female are spectacular and the quality is nice and definitely comfy and my friend shared that it is a really great brand and she is buying stuffs from this brand and to this particular store ever since. Lastly, the prices are fair and reasonable and definitely affordable and that day there were also discounts for about 20% discounts. After visiting the store and after knowing from my friend that this store is great then I highly recommend this wonderful store to the moms and parents out there who wants the best clothes for their kiddos.

The products here are so affordable! They sell and offer here some quality items like clothing for kids, unique outfits, cute stuff, and others. This place is really cute! Their place is so clean, nice, neat, and bright. Many people including me really love their interior. The vibe inside the place is really awesome. Very welcoming location and accessible. You can easily go here in just a few minutes of driving from your area. They are so near and easy to find. Their staff here is really knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. They all know how to explain everything to all of their customers. They will also give you great offers and deals that you will really surprise. They have here so many beautiful clothes for babies and kids. Unique outfits. Different styles. So many designs to choose from. I hardly recommend this place to all of you! The prices here are great and unexpected. You will absolutely enjoy the whole place of this Janie and Jack. Will definitely go back again and shop when I am back to the city. Thank you Janie and Jack! Your place is really a hidden gem! Keep up the good work guys! Great job!

My best friend is having a party. Her baby will have a Christening so I will be a godmother. I decided to come to this place since it's recommended by my sister. She told me that the kids ' clothes here were really good. They will also have a discount and sales on selected items. As I entered their store some staff greeted me and assisted me. As I looked at their store, their place was spacious. You can easily choose and buy what you want in not a hassle-free way. There are a lot of different kids' clothes to choose from. Their fabric was of a high quality. So expect that your kids will be comfortable if they wear it. Since my godchild is a girl I bought her a dress. I'm sure it will fit her. I had a nice experience here. Highly recommend this place.

I am a regular customer here. This was the place where I bought almost all my kids' clothes. I find this place excellent. They have a nice and clean place. They have a different variety of products including pants, shorts, blouse, shirt, jacket, dress, polo and many more for kids. I must say that they have a high quality fabric where it becomes a little bit pricey. I bought a pair of shirts and pants for my son and a dress for my daughter since they will attend a mini party for their cousin. I also bought a present for the celebrant. I chose to buy her a dress since she's a girl. Luckily, I found what I bought easily. I have no hassle choosing clothes since some staff assisted me. They are always free when I need anything. They will also recommend what I should buy. It's a good thing that they have good service. I highly recommend this place.

Very disappointed with their customer service. Went to return some stuff that was bought right before they closed for quarantine. And I was told that I cannot return it but only exchange it. Which I actually did agree to, cause I was going to buy stuff anyway. But right before checking me out I was told that they will only exchange my stuff for the price that is currently at the store. So the shirt that I previously bought for $27 I would only get $11. Which is ridiculous. I was hoping that they will understand the situation with Covid 19 and quarantine. But they did not care. It is sad that those guys are being so uncooperative. I have been their loyal customer for a long time. But since today’s accident I am not going to buy anything else.
