We were charged more than quoted on the phone. The room was OK, but they refused to let us have a pull away bed.
Beds lack blankets, too. It's super cold because you only get a sheet.
We did have a clean room and a nice lady who checked us in. Breakfast was free, classic, generic, American hotel breakfast.
There's a pool and fitness room here, too. Also it was quiet and nice for sleeping.
I'd say be sure to double-check pricing. We were quoted 130 dollars less on the phone. I was disappointed.

This is an awful airport hotel. They keep the place clean, but unfortunately it doesn't function. We had no Blackout drapes in 230 so all the light comes in. The pillows are built for a huge man, so all females will be miserable. The breakfast is lousy. The HVAC is so loud. The walls and ceilings are thin. For the price this is not worth it. Ohhh and $6 red bull is absolutely ridiculous. The shuttle was late also. STAY ELSEWHERE

Hilton always treats us great. Lifelong member and quick to resolve any issue that may arise. Friendly staff and great breakfast at this location. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay, very clean and awesome staff. It is also conveniently located close to the Chicago Outlet Mall and O'Hare Airport. There is also a shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. I will definitely stay here again.

The front desk Ariana was so friendly! It was probably the best welcome I've gotten at any hotel I've stayed at. Very clean rooms and very good service. Would def stay again!

This is a Hampton Inn, they are pretty consistent, if you've ever stayed in one, this one is the same. Reasonable prices, decent room, plenty of space free breakfast, and a pool, come on, what more are you asking for? I've stated this location multiple times and the rooms are always very clean. The breakfast area is usually busy, but the food overall is decent( hey it's free what are you complaining about). I have never had an issue with the staff here, they are always friendly, polite, and seem to go out of their way to help. If there happens to be an issue, with something they seem willing to help. I have to add though, this time was the second time in a row staying here that the hot tub worked, but the pool which is supposed to be heated, was not and it was freezing. This location has an evening bar service in the lobby, which can be fun. It's conveniently located around a whole bunch of activities and restaurants. Oh and by the way it's near O'Hare, so you're gonna pay a parking fee, just get over it and accept it.

UNRELIABLE SHUTTLE. DO NOT BOOK UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED FOR A ONE HOUR WAITING. Hotel shuttle is very unreliable. My 3-year-old and me waited for the shuttle at the airport for over one hour with other hotels shuttles coming by 3-4 times. It was a freezing night in Chicago. My son was cold and tired after a long flight. We booked a hotel room instead of driving 2 hours home, but the unreliable shuttle completely defeated the purpose of spending that extra money to avoid being cold and tired. I had kept trying to call the hotel during the entire wait time. After 40+ minutes, someone finally bothered to answer the phone and told us it would be another 15 minutes. By the time we got to the hotel, we would have almost made it to home had we just driven home right after landing.
