Long unnecessary lines with only two people in the store. I saw about four people left out of the line. I used to shop there but I’m not going back. I refuse to stand in long unnecessary lines to spend my money.

Really good prices and definitely cheaper than their flagship store in Oak Brook. The queue to enter an empty store is a bit ridiculous, beyond that a great experience.

After standing in line to get in. We were greeted and the sales rep, and that sales rep went on to assist the group of women who were in line behind us. No one acknowledged us. One guy walked pass and as we were trying to ask for help, he rudely interrupted and said he was helping someone, he will call someone over. By this time the guy who worked the door seen no one was helping us, and asked were we being helped , my husband replied no, so he called for someone to come assist twice. No one ever came. We ended up leaving, I guess we didn't look the part. But, never again, will the get a dime of our money.

Horrible customer service, said they were all busy when I asked but they were all just hanging around the back door chatting amount themselves. Only a certain type of people were being served so pretty sure it was a race thing.
Even after I asked for help an assistant said he was coming back to help and never returned…
Absolutely horrible, and I have been to Gucci Stores and Outlets all over the world. Disgusted in this experience

Only 3-4 customer inside, so waste of space and labor…. if you were trying to provide the some kind of “personal shopping” experience, you shouldnt be in outlet mall. This is so stupid.
Two people out and you wait for one more person to be out for three people to go in? Again, pretty stupid.
So many customers leaving angry. What kind of mission statement do you have? Just to serve couple happy customers? I saw 4 out of 5 groups left without any purchase. Do some math if the revenue was your mission.
Again, stupid.
So sad to see your stupidity compare to your level of brand image.

I had an amazing experience at this store!! I always get great service at Gucci. Great deals too!!! Always a must stop when I am in a city with an outlet. Daniel was so helpful and found me exactly what I wanted. Thanks so much!

Worst customer service. The greeter at the door was completely rude. Would not shop here again. They are not properly staffed and unprofessional. Do not shop here!
