Giordano’s is Chicago pizza! They have a few location in Chicago, this one is in Rosemont about a mile from O’Hare…The place has a relaxed atmosphere and a full bar- several beers on tap served in tall glasses.I got the Chicago classic of course (deep dish with pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper, and onion). Please understand that when you order a deep dish pizza, it takes longer to cook but it is worth the wait! I spent $40 for a small pizza (feeds 2 but I wanted leftovers for later) and a beer. Sure, it’s more expensive than Pizza Hut, but this is NOT Pizza Hut!The pie was awesome as usual- over an inch thick, great sauce flavor, and a nice tall crispy edge crust. Veggies were not soggy and the cheese was melted perfectly- you could eat right away without burning your mouth- a sign that your pie is cooked perfectly! They have takeout and delivery, and offer a whole bunch of dishes that would satisfy anyone you bring here.My server Phyllis was awesome- she made sure I knew what I was ordering (I guess a lot of people think a classic pizza is just cheese LOL) and had a great personality!Restrooms were clean, which is also important! If you come to Chicago, you MUST eat and Giordano’s!

I was staying in a hotel near by. This was the only thing good to eat in the area. Great pizza. If am in the area again, I would probably just order from here only.

My first time going to this restaurant. My husband and I ordered a thin crust and a pan pizza, both pepperoni. The flavor was delicious and the sauce had a little bit of sweetness to it (which I enjoyed). I thought the pan would be more bread but it was more cheese. If you like a lot of cheese, then you would love it! The day we went I had foot surgery and the staff was very accommodating to get us a table where I could prop up my foot.

Worst service experience. I live a few blocks away from the Portage Park location but choose to make the drive out to Rosemont for the service and quality of food. Both were extremely disappointing. Had some family come in from out of town and decided to treat them to a Chicago staple stuffed pizza. 2 adults and 2 teens. Ordered 2 appetizers, a salad, a small stuffed pizza and drinks. Took over an hour to get our pizza! we were told it would be about 40 mins but not once did our waiter or anyone come back to tell us it was taking a bit longer. When a large group came in our section our waiter completely abandoned us and disregarded our table. We were left with empty glasses no refills. Not once did he come by and check on us or tell us that our pizza was coming or even just looked in our direction. Cheesy garlic bread was stiff and burnt, boneless wings were dry and extremely greasy. After waiting over an hour for our pizza it was cold and undercooked. Worst food and service received.

Visiting Rosemont on a business trip. I came here to check out the deep dish pizza. I got the personal deep dish with pepperoni and Italian sausage. It was amazing! Thin flaky crust. Toppings and cheese amazing quality and they are not shy with the quantity. It was so good I had to come back. This time smoked ham and bacon pizza. Also amazing. Lives up to the hype!!

I ordered the Italian Beef and giardiniera arancini that came with marinara sauce, garlic french fries, and lavender lemonade with an additional shot of vodka. I enjoyed every bite of the fried Italian beef but the marinara I could have done without. The garlic fries were a little disappointing because I was thinking that it came with parmesan cheese slivers with real garlic on top and it was nothing like what I expected. Maybe Washington state has spoiled me with their garlic parmesan fries. My friend ordered a 6 in. personal create your own deep dish pizza, which she added jalapeños, mushrooms, green bell peppers and onions and when I tell you that pizza was slapping, MAN!!! Being from Chicago but having not lived there in over a decade, I never ate at the restaurant before but have had the pizza before and I felt that it was just a tourist thing but now having had her creation, I will most definitely be trying their deep dish vegetable creations again. We also came to the right store because they had these awesome shirts for us to purchase that used a play on words that made you laugh if your mind ventured but ultimately was talking about pizza. Our server was great, very friendly, and very efficient. I will definitely be back on another trip back to Chicago.

First time eating at Giordano's in Chicago. I had an 7 hour layover with a friend at O'Hare airport and we decided to go out for Chicago pizza. We were one of the first customers to arrive and we were greeted by a large staff of friendly people. We were seated by a large window and our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu and offered her suggestions. We ended up having some garlic cheese bread and a thin crust sausage and pepperoni pizza, which was more pan crust than thin crust. The restaurant was quickly filling with hungry customers. Our food was delicious and plentiful for the two of us , I got to see a lot of there famous deep dish pizzas being served. I will definitely try one out the next time I'm in Chicago!

Unfortunately this was not a pleasant visit. The waitress I thought was nice but that is where it ended. My individual pizza took an hour to get to my table and when I arrived it was about 4:45pm. It got really busy after 5:30pm but still no pizza. My pizza arrived about 5:55pm and I honestly think it was forgotten as the crust was just cardboard gross and almost burnt tasting, weird cause it was cold too. The bottom of the pizza was kinda soupy. It was strange cause several customers who came after me got their food before I did and this included deep dish pizzas. It kinda put me off. I had high hopes but I would ohavebeen better off getting a pizza from Pizza Hut. Aside from all that the location is large and it is clean so I will give them that.
