Terrible customer service! I tried to exchange a pair of shoes for my toddler that did not fit him. I wasn’t asking for my money back. Only an exchange for a bigger size. They wouldn’t make a one time exception for the shoes. Manager was extremely rude. Now im out of $40! I’m upset & Will never be back shopping here!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, because when I encounter great staff that has made me feel better than when I walked in, I have to pass that on. We were welcomed by one person who paused from her duties to acknowledge me and ask how she could help. And I found a great sweater that suited me, and it was very comfy. The store was clean, organized, everything perfectly folded. Thanks to the Gap Staff for providing good customer service.

The best GAP store we visited. Has the best collections from men's, women's and for children. I like this location. It’s nice and organized, very spacious and very clean. The staff are really nice and helpful, very attentive and informative. And the selection was decent. The prices are great and the quality of the clothes is exactly what you would expect from Gap. There is nothing better than shopping in person at a store and trying the clothing on. You will definitely leave with a smile on your face because the clothes fit the way you want them to. I always go to check the stuff on sale first and they have a nice rotating selection with good prices. We had a great shopping experience at this Gap store.

I love everything about Gap. I always get a great deal for discounts, there's always a sale and you're able to find great things in all sizes. And every time I go here the staffs are always generous. They help you to find what you need for any occasion or if you're looking for a particular item and can't find it on your own. The only thing is that the location is not that good because there are limited choices of places to eat in the area. And It is very easy to return products just make sure that it is unused and within the policy's time period. But despite having their location in this area, the professionalism and positive experiences are what keep me returning to the store rather than only shopping online. Keep up the fantastic work, as I will undoubtedly be a repeat customer at this location! Thank you for the wonderful experience.

When I wanted to buy a good brand and nice quality clothes I would always go here in gap. On my recent visit, the store was clean, well organized and well stocked. As usual there was a variety of good items to choose from. The staff in here are nice and friendly and they would make it easy for you if ever you have are having a hard time looking for your size which happened to me last time. It could be a great experience in the store but I saw a few people not wearing their mask inside. It is still a bother to me because the pandemic was really serious and until now I am kind of uncomfortable being around of people that are not wearing their mask. But, it was still pretty good. I bought a pretty lot of items and I am very much happy with their fair and reasonable prices
