Sales associates at this store were in a rush to go home. Came in at 8:44pm on 12/12/23 to return a merchandise, too bad they already closed the register and counting some cash money. I was told that I cannot return anymore and just come back some other day. It’s unbelievable.. the moment I walked out, they already closed both doors and they still have 8 minutes prior to closing.. Never again at this location!

The Mexican woman here is very very rude, she only serves Mexicans, she must be fired!

Went in with my wife and bought 2 pairs of shoes, employees were extremely rude, buy get one 1/2 off signs are misleading as they only apply to less than 1/5th of the shoes on their respective racks with the sign. But the real problem I had was my wife wore the shoes and they broke at the seam on the top right side on the second day of use. When I brought them back in for a return I was told they don’t do returns as an outlet only exchanges, he said “I have never seen this happen” as if somehow I broke the shoes, then they said it was because I didn’t have a box, so when I saw the return policy in writing at the register I had to read it to them in order to get the guy at the counter to give me my money back. Totally rude and unnecessarily hostile off the bat and no knowledge of his own policy.

Kevin is the best! I was trying to buy multiple pairs of shoes and had complex questions. Kevin was very patient and helpful.
