Requested standard eye exam appointment online. Arrived at appointment time to be informed that my insurance was out of network. No call or email received in advance of appointment despite entering correct phone and email in the appointment request.

This was my 2nd Appointment for contact follow up and I felt very rushed to get me out. I had to settle on contacts I could not try, I’m guessing because they didn’t want to order samples for me as that would cost them money. So pressure to decide without them to get me out. I also picked up my glasses. They were my frames but I spent $400 on their lenses. I got them back bent out of shape with 2 different size lenses and the left one keeps falling out. Is this quality service? What kind of people are working in the lab that would send them back this way? They will go back for a redo but once I get my contacts on point I won’t go back for any other services. Notice the difference in size in the pictures. Would you call that quality professional service? I do not.

Exam went well, pretty straight forward, Dr. Was and always have been very dedicated and polite. I had a great time there that I almost wanted to send her a coffee the next day as a token of appreciation for excellent customer service. I do recommend.

Highly impressed with Dr. Sanjnani! Dr. Sanjnani exhibited wonderful patience and expertise in handling my nervous 5-year-old son. He had a fantastic eye exam experience. Professional, thorough, and friendly. I was equally impressed with the quality of the facilities. I will highly recommend Target Optical to anyone looking for vision care.

Really great. The doctor was very patient and explained everything very well. She did a great job with my son. The receptionist was also incredibly helpful!

I've seen Dr. Sajnani before a few years ago. She's always been a very kind Dr overall, providing education about my rx prescription.It's been awhile since I had a such a great experience with a provider and not feeling rushed in an appointment.
