They sold my 11 year old $250.00 shoes size too small, without measuring his foot or telling him that all sales are final. My bad letting him shop with his older cousin. Would not take them back or exchange, guy at the register could not care less and had a major attitude. When he tried to exchange them after I told him he needs a size up, the guy replied “not a chance”… way to treat kids when parents are not present. My son loves the store and has shopped there before, very disappointed :(

They are the worst people ever they told me I can only try on 1 shoe and told me to leave after so I'm pretty upset cause i was gonna buy something but I got kicked out by the employees so yeah Diplomatic SUCKS

Never buy shoe’s from here, they selling used shoes to ppl. Dam shoes was dirty and had black stains on the back of the heel. No wonder why they sales are finally cause they not confident in their product. Just lost $200 on a kid shoe.

i wouldn't buy nothing from a store that has a policy with no return or exchange meaning this store is not confident with their products and they selling use shoe and over price. no wonder why they in rosemont it's safer.

A great Hypebeast sneaker store that has a great selection of the popular in demand sneakers that you cant find in regular sneaker stores. They specialize in Nike SBs, Jordan 1s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 11s, Dunks, a few Bape and Yeezys as well as hypebeast / popular streetwear clothing brands such as Supreme, Fear of God, Bape, Gallery Dept, Anti Social Social Club, Comme De Garcons, their own custom merch, and more. They also carry caps/hats and misc Supreme items.The store is super spacious and large, has some good decor, multiple workers to help customers, good customer service, a prize machine with Nike Jordan grails,They have a good selection but not many sizes for every shoe so its almost like a boutique with a large selection but not for every size which is a bummer.However they still are a bit more fair on pricing than similar sneaker stores of its kind.

Found this shop on Mother's Day looking for a pair for the wife. Came in with her and my ten year old daughter and all the employees greeted us, asked if they could help and one was playing around with her about the Jordan 1 retros. Lots of cool clothing. Prices too high for my liking but that's cuz I'm cheap when it comes to clothes. Now shoes on the other hand, I found their prices great. If you go in expecting WhatNot prices then you're crazy. It's a business with employees and lease to pay. They gotta make a profit. That being said though everything seemed priced really fair.

I am extremely upset. My child came in to spend his own money on a pair of shoes - Nike Pandas. They were $250. I just researched the shoes per someone’s suggestion and see that they retail for $110-$125 on Nikes website. How can you charge that much more and feel good about it? Going to take this to the higher ups as it is not right. Everyone should veto the store due to this.
