“Although customer service wasn’t able to help me with what I needed I’m not going to be sour grapes and give them a bad review because their customer service was excellent and they did exactly what they were supposed to do. I didn’t get the results I liked, but they were still very good at what they did.The store is extremely well stocked with a huge variety of items!Each department has a good variety of items and sizes and the racks are extremely full.The store is easy to get to from the parking lot. It is very clean well designed and easy to find what you need.”
“I LOVE this place! They have soooi much to offer! The customer service at every Ross I've visited in different cities are all the same, excellent customer service! They have great deals & seniors 55 & over on Tuesdays get a 10% discount! Ooooh yeah I Love that! The clothes ....you better get it or it may be gone when you go back (lol) I do go in Ross & just shop & look for hours, I got some cast iron skillets, cute pots & pans, big wall pictures, candles, items FOREVER ROOM in my house...I just live it & so does my Brothers. Son & nephews!”

“Located in the Chicago Fashion Outlets, this Bloomingdale's Outlet had the best selection of men's higher end designer fashions all together than any other outlet stores around. The items available are from very good brands like Boss and Vince (entire racks of choices) though not the highest end (since the parent department store wouldn't either), with selection larger than what you might see at the parent department store, but of course with everything at least 30% off. We wanted to try this one since many of the brands also has their own outlet store close by in the mall. But unless there is a big sales going on in the brand outlet store (which wasn't the case during Father's Day), this store will have better prices and an almost equal selection. Recommend that if you like a particular brand, check out the selection here before purchasing anything in the brand outlet store.”
