Front Royal of Virginia Culligan has literally the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. When I bought my house a little over a year ago, they supposedly gave the system the all clear. Months later it wasn’t working right and I spent $135 to have them come out and service the system. That was July 2023. That day the technician broke the drain pipe and quoted me over $600 to fix everything wrong with it. I’ve been back and forth with them to come out here since then. I took tomorrow off work to have them come out and now get an email after hours telling me for the second time they are bumping me off their schedule for someone else. They were supposed to be here Monday but called after hours Friday night to say they would not be here when I had made arrangements to leave work early. My other appliances are being ruined by the hard water. It seems like because I’m a woman, they just don’t want to come deal with my system and can keep putting me off. They ignored my request for service for months. Obviously, Culligan doesn’t need my business or any other females business either.

Culligan of nashville has been a huge headache for me and my family . There system failed flooding my home . There customer service is terrible and not helpful . There products are extremely overpriced . I've refused payment for rental equipment asking it to be picked up as it's rental equipment and was billed almost 7000.00 for a water softener worth about 600.00 at best . Be aware of culligan

Many people don't realize the maintenance required on water softeners. They expect to put one in place and it run flawless for 15 years, then want to blame a brand when it stops working correctly. If I had a vehicle and didn't change the oil in 15 years, would I blame the car maker when it stopped working? Culligan invented the water softener and is one of the highest quality water filtration and softening brands in America. If you prefer something from China, you'll have the same issues if you don't open up that manual and do the preventative maintenance and upkeep of your system.

This is from a very unhappy customer in Indianapolis WISH THIS HAD A NEGATIVE STAR REVIEW OPTION. Seriously what is happening to customer service this days? Tech takes my equipment after waiting for more than a week without a working unit then he does not call, does not update, does not notify central office here in Indy. Waited six weeks or more to get a response from them and that’s because I had to call multiple times to get a call back from an operations manager… keep in mind that im getting billed and charged for service while they took the unit. Then after getting in touch with him he comes over to my house with a tech just to let me know that I had to pay over $600.00 to get it fixed charging me for service calls where the tech never resolved the issue, never once he mentioned he would credit me for the period of time when I didn’t had a working unit. Im not telling you how to run your business, I run a multimillion dollar company too and I never charge my customers for a service call unless I know I resolve the issue and more ethical even then I will not charge them for repairs on equipment that it was caused by a bad installation since the beginning. I not happy Im very unsatisfied by the level of interest in the customer’s interest, responsiveness is a negative 10 operations manger kept telling the customer service he called me and he never did, not once I received a message, call, email from him until I started chasing a response from someone not to mention the extremely poor management of the situation telling me that I was threatening him when I told him he would loose than one customer because in fact Culligan will loose way more than one customer due to the lack of good business performance in this particular case. I was not asking for a free fix I was asking for fairness and accountability two things that I never saw, perceived or received from anyone in this team

Culligan will nickel and dime you when it comes to repairs of their water filtration system.I have had 3 people visit my home in a week to resolve an issue here in Southern CA. At this point, I want the water system removed. If you thought renting was better than purchasing fromthis company; think of other options or alternatives. The customers service Terrible. The manager is never available.

We purchased a Culligan Water Softener from Karen Moore in October 2020 and we are vary happy with the purchase. Karen was very helpful and answered all our questions. We also purchased a Culligan Drinking Water system from Karen several years ago and are very happy with that purchase as well.Ricardo from Culligan installed our new water softener and he did an excellent job and we are very pleased with his work.

Installed the system, flooded our garage, including antique furniture, new rolled up oriental rugs, hunting equipment, and more. Given NO product literature, and no printed information.

I am writing to let people know what a despicable company Culligan is. This company took my cousins life away and used its money and lawyers to screw him. One night a Culligan employee was distracted and in a hurry when he hit the shoulder and over corrected plowing into my cousin head on. My cousin was paralyzed from the waist down that night and lost the ability to provide for his family, he lost the ability to ever have another child, he lost his independence and later lost his leg. Well good ol Culligan didn't want to pay the millions it would take to make sure my cousin could live a comfortable life so they used their money and lawyers to find a loophole. You see they said the man driving was off duty even though he was in a culligan truck full of culligan water and supplies, they claimed that he was responsible and not them so they got away with taking a man's life. It just angers me so much that the ceos of this company are having a good laugh and enjoying their lives after destroying someone elses.

I called the Danville, ILLINOIS to start commercial water delivery. The woman who answered the phone told me that I had to give my social security number to run my credit for a commercial account. When i inquired as to need for this, I was told this is the policy. I called the Terre Haute locations General Manager and was informed that this is not the policy. The receptionist at the Danville location was rude and not helpful at all. I will not be using them ever again.
