Bought a jacket on line on 8/13 for my grandson to prepare for the upcoming fall weather. The fall weather just arrived and I need a larger size.
I am 2 days beyond the 60 day return period.
Can’t return, can’t exchange or get store credit.
I am stuck with a jacket that is too small.
Awful customer service. The jacket is not discontinued, it is still being sold.
Customer service suggested the following;
I totally undertsand you would like to return the items purchased months ago. We need to keep in mind that we have 60 days after purchase date to return na order, if this return window is crossed the system doesn't allow to proceed with a return due to it will be understood that the product was in compliance at the time of delivery. However, I know how important is for you to find an alternative for this situation. In this case, you could consider selling the item online through a reputable platforms designed to sell items. Also you could explore the option of donate them to a local charity or thrift store. Another option is to see if any friends or family members would be interested in purchasing them from you. I hope one of these alternatives works out for you!

Bohoden Was horrible to work with. Made up fake company policies so that he didn’t have to do a little extra work to complete my purchase. Just frustrating how stuck up and rude he was. No customer service skills at all!

The worst customer service experience ever! Only one associate help me with finding a jacket. I appreciate her. I asked the cashier who rang me up about a pair of socks that would go good with the boots I was purchasing. One rude & lazy associate, pointed at the wall & walked off. Then the cashier proceeded to laugh hysterically as if it was a comedy club. This store definitely needs to do a better job when it comes to hiring people.

Absolutely terrible. Very small store for being an "outlet " store. Very limited selection, especially for boots. I would recommend just shopping online and not waste your time going to this rinky dink store.
