“Tiny shop but you will find lots of stuff for hiking enthusiast. I did end up purchasing something from them. I believe prices were bit higher especially for a company that i haven't heard before (comparing to Columbia and so on). Hope the quality will stand”

“This was my first time visiting Build-a-Bear at Fashion Outlets of Chicago, and it was a great experience! The employee that helped me build my bear was super friendly and so very kind. This location surprisingly had a decent selection of bears to choose from as well as clothes, accessories, and scents. They even had quite a few of the Sanrio characters too, which was nice to see. I actually prefer this location over the Woodfield one despite being smaller. My overall experience was just better and they actually had the items I came for, unlike the one at Woodfield, which never has any of the items they claim to have in stock on their website for some reason.”

“I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place, because when I encounter great staff that has made me feel better than when I walked in, I have to pass that on. We were welcomed by one person who paused from her duties to acknowledge me and ask how she could help. And I found a great sweater that suited me, and it was very comfy. The store was clean, organized, everything perfectly folded. Thanks to the Gap Staff for providing good customer service.”
