Absolutely marvelous staff. They are truly your personal shoppers. Offering very gently and kindly alternatives and attires that befit the client. It is a well stocked outlet. And it will not let you down. If you're a Chicos fan, you know what I'm talking about. But if you're not, then this should be your first place to visit for awesome clothing, stylish, matching jewelry, and a great experience, because of a wonderful team that is efficient and warm.

I loved this store! I had not visited in a very long time. I had been running errands in the suburbs so I stopped in on a whim. The store is at a great location. It is right by the doors of the second floor garage. Situated right across from Nordstrom Rack, I was able to hit up both stores without using much time. The ladies working on the morning I visited were so friendly and helpful. They answered questions and checked me out with ease. I asked where a mirror was located and the lady walked me over to it instead of just telling me where to go. Very nice touch! There are always great sales. I think Chico's offers a terrific value.

I understand that working in retail has its ups and downs. But I'm amazed at how horrible my experience was at this Chico's. This is a small store and it's staffed by about four employees that appear to be extremely bored. After being asked five times if I needed help and/or a fitting room and saying no, on the fifth time I finally caved in. When I went to check out, the woman at the register snatched my sweater out of my hand, rang me up, and threw the bag at me and walked away. Seriously!?! Usually their employees are friendly and helpful. Not at this location! I would not recommend this location at all.

I love shopping at Chico's in the Outlet Mall in Rosemont. The women that work there are very nice and so very helpful. I was a Macy's shopper for years but you no longer get the type of service that Chico's offer. It's nice to be greeted with friendly faces and woman who are willing to help you find the proper size and set up the dressing room for you. They check on you and offer to get anything else you might need.
