The way employees act with customers is unacceptable. When I wanted to exchange my item which I bought 1 day ago, they said “we will do it now but next time we won’t”. Excuse me ??? Your clothes are defective and you are talking to me that way? Service is awful

A plus size short hair African American worker swung the cloths and hit my head. Rude as f. Customers were picking the clothes they are in the way and being so rude and uneducated. I don’t mind to be the person the make a report the headquarter.

Wishing I could give this store a 0. Worst customer service ever. I got there no one greeted us . I was ready to check out the girl at check out was being extremely rude and so was her co worker looking at each other rolling their eyes and laughing . If you don't like your job then don't work here. Everyone else at the other stores were so friendly expect these two girls at this specific store not okay. This store has to hire better people.

Worker was extremely rude and snippy. I had a reward from 5 days prior for $20 and she said my account was inactive even though I had signed up five days prior. She refused to try scanning or help me. Terrible customer service don't know why people like that work retail

Extremely rude and careless employees My mothers ck bag starting losing color in a month, i went to this store and spoke to the manager she said “i don’t make the products, i can’t do anything”

This was my second visit in the past 10 days and my experience was far from great.Employees in this store are busy chatting and laughing with each other and ignorant to customers questions. One of the representatives even rolled his eyes when I asked verybpolitely if the fitting rooms are available!!!! (10 days ago the other representative didn't allow me to use the fitting room for 1 item saying the store will be closed in 30 minutes!)Since this was the second time we had a bad experience my husband decided to bring this issue very politely to the managers attention. The manager didn't even say "sorry about the bad experience." Instead with zero sympathy or care she said " you should consider that we have been busy with new year sales and Employees are tired!!!" :OAlthough I am a regular CK customer and visited this store every time I visit this mall in the past 6 years and purchased good stuff, I will not return! The customer experience at forever 21 is better than what you get from this CK store.

Calvin Klein is the best! Everything at their place is so clean and organized. Their service in the changing rooms and in the whole store are so amazing. You can find anything you need here, also those items that you did not actually know that you need it, and those worth to purchase. They have so many great selections, from clothing, pants, shoes, accessories, underwear, and other. You can also find some great deals here, such as promos, discounts, and sale items. You can literally save a lot of money here compared when you are going to shop in other stores around the place. This Calvin Klein got the perfect location, it is so easy to find, and it is so near to other well-known places around the city. You can also notice once you visit that their place is so huge compared to other stores, they always maintain their place so clean, nice, and bright. What a great place to shop. The staff here is also great, they are so friendly, helpful, and they all know how to treat and assist all of their customers. All of them are so accommodating and decent. Really love this place. Also can't wait to go back again soon, I really want to buy more of the items they have, and I can say that I am already a number one fan of their place. Calvin Klein is so amazing! Thank you guys for such a wonderful service, awesome experience, and for the amazing items in such a reasonable and affordable prices. Will see you guys again when I visit soon! Thank you and keep it up!

Given that Calvin Klein is a popular brand when it comes to the fashion industry, most of their clothes are kind of always low in stock but to my surprise, they are full of it when I happen to go there yesterday, and there's a row of the aisle I think maybe 2 or 3 where all items are sale up to 40 percent, sadly there's no items on that row that I wanted but still It's a good deal. Also as usual their items are up to my standards not just the clothes because as we all know there is a wide range of products in Calvin Klein such as perfumes, I remember having one a gift from a friend of mine, It smells nice most importantly I smell expensive. You can also buy items online but it's not a hundred percent sure that you'll get the exact item that you want, speaking from experience, the sizes mixed up sometimes so it's a big help to just go to their store and buy what you want.

3 people standing around. Not 1 employee said hi or asked us for help in regular store and same in underwear store! Had a good sale at least going on. If you don't like your job go work somewhere else!
