As a long-time Calvin Klein customer I was extremely upset that we were tossed out of the store so it could close midday so employees could take lunch. This was a Sunday afternoon at prime shopping time. After a half hour of shopping we were told that we could no longer access the dressing room and could make our purchase and return it if it did not fit. What?! I am in retail. I understand the results of Covid with labor. But this is simply not acceptable when there is another CK location with tons of employees a few locations away. For what it is worth we purchased almost all of the same items at another location in the mall for much less. That too was very disappointing to see that there was very little value at your location.

Worst customer service by this company. They will not send you the product, they will not respond properly and they will promise to refund your money back, but you'll never receive the refund.

Wishing I could give this store a 0. Worst customer service ever. I got there no one greeted us . I was ready to check out the girl at check out was being extremely rude and so was her co worker looking at each other rolling their eyes and laughing . If you don't like your job then don't work here. Everyone else at the other stores were so friendly expect these two girls at this specific store not okay. This store has to hire better people.

I had a bad experience in this store. After I got out of the fitting room, one of the female workers took the clothes I measured and threw them so rudely as if I was upset, I told the manager about this behaviour. As we were leaving the store the manager was talking to the worker about it when we got to the door we heard them laughing loudly, it's unprofessional

Worker was extremely rude and snippy. I had a reward from 5 days prior for $20 and she said my account was inactive even though I had signed up five days prior. She refused to try scanning or help me. Terrible customer service don't know why people like that work retail

Calvin with no doubt is the best brand. But, what matters most is how the customers are treated. The manager of this location is the worst I have ever encountered and this was not my 1st experience with her. This was the 2nd experience where she proved that this store in this location is absolutely not customer friendly. She charged me $15 more for something which I previously bought at lesser price and she had absolutely no feelings like human and behave absolute robotic.Worst location to visit Calvin Klein.

Calvin Klein is definitely one of the best popular brands. It is a good thing that I went to this mall with my family so I did not waste my chance to also visit this store. I just really like the quality and the simplicity but seems expensive of their clothes. I do not know if it is only but their clothes are just great and definitely one of the best. Prices are expensive yes, but it is definitely worth every penny. this location is pretty big and it is super clean and well-lit. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. I personally think that their current designs and selections are lovely. I also like that their selection is not too colorful. I definitely love their fleece jacket collection that made me buy one. I wore it already and it is just so perfect for me. Their clothes are really one of the best considering its quality, design and all but definitely not the best option when it comes to their prices but if you are willing to spend much for your clothes then this store is really one of the best options I can suggest.

Horrible experience! The store was extremely cold when I was shopping there today. It almost felt colder than outside! I asked the manager on shift today, why it was so cold and her response was \\\"cause it is my store and I feel hot and I want it cold.\\\" She was extremely rude and disrespectful. As a customer, I want to feel comfortable and warm, not as if I was in a freezer.

The people they have working at this location are extremely unprofessional and are rude. I bought a few items from them and they did not end up working out. Eight days after I purchased the items I went back to the store to return them. I had the receipt, all of the tags, and all articles of clothing I was returning. They tried to tell me that because the tags “were not attached” they couldn’t return my clothes. The girl also said that due to COVID my germs could be on the articles of clothing… So I needed to have my tags on them. I literally had to plead with them that I wanted my hard earned money back. DO NOT GO HERE AND SHOP IF YOU BELIEVE IN ETHICS AND MORALS.

Calvin Klein is the best! Everything at their place is so clean and organized. Their service in the changing rooms and in the whole store are so amazing. You can find anything you need here, also those items that you did not actually know that you need it, and those worth to purchase. They have so many great selections, from clothing, pants, shoes, accessories, underwear, and other. You can also find some great deals here, such as promos, discounts, and sale items. You can literally save a lot of money here compared when you are going to shop in other stores around the place. This Calvin Klein got the perfect location, it is so easy to find, and it is so near to other well-known places around the city. You can also notice once you visit that their place is so huge compared to other stores, they always maintain their place so clean, nice, and bright. What a great place to shop. The staff here is also great, they are so friendly, helpful, and they all know how to treat and assist all of their customers. All of them are so accommodating and decent. Really love this place. Also can't wait to go back again soon, I really want to buy more of the items they have, and I can say that I am already a number one fan of their place. Calvin Klein is so amazing! Thank you guys for such a wonderful service, awesome experience, and for the amazing items in such a reasonable and affordable prices. Will see you guys again when I visit soon! Thank you and keep it up!

Given that Calvin Klein is a popular brand when it comes to the fashion industry, most of their clothes are kind of always low in stock but to my surprise, they are full of it when I happen to go there yesterday, and there's a row of the aisle I think maybe 2 or 3 where all items are sale up to 40 percent, sadly there's no items on that row that I wanted but still It's a good deal. Also as usual their items are up to my standards not just the clothes because as we all know there is a wide range of products in Calvin Klein such as perfumes, I remember having one a gift from a friend of mine, It smells nice most importantly I smell expensive. You can also buy items online but it's not a hundred percent sure that you'll get the exact item that you want, speaking from experience, the sizes mixed up sometimes so it's a big help to just go to their store and buy what you want.
