Know before you reserve. No Avis counter. No idea how to locate vehicle. Total waste of time walking the grounds looking for the counter. Gave up and cancelled reservation.

Is there anything better than coming in on a redeye, then waiting for a hotel shuttle, only to find out there’s no Avis at the Loews? What is going on? Please fix this.
