Ordered a 3D Crystal online with light base. The crystal was gorgeous and received quite quickly however the other half of my order was never shipped nor received. I double checked my order and I did in fact order the base with gift wrapping prior to production. The order number is #1356963

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I tried ArtPix 3D instead of the normal website I order from because their website is just as popular and there would have been a fast turn around because I could pick up in 2 days. The lady did the draft and showed me how it would look with the name I CORRECTLY spelt for her on the computer. I said the picture and work was good. I picked up my crystal just to realize when I got home that they spelt the name wrong and added two extra letters that were not in the computer draft I seen! I returned to the kiosk to explain it was wrong and they wanted me to BUY another crystal for $100 and would fix the work for "free". Why should I have to pay for their mistake and pay them money to probably make the same mistake? Terrible experience, waste of time and money, and would definitely never recommend to anyone I know, I will be sticking to the 3D crystal website I've used in the past and NEVER give ARTPIX my business again.

I am still waiting on my design from ArtPix first I was told Saturday 12/24, then I was told Tuesday 12/27 now I'm being told Thursday 12/29. All I want at this point of my full refund. This company is terrible. Unprofessional I would not recommend it to anyone. All they want is to take folks money. I have no idea when my package will get here and I don't think they know either.

I was skeptical about ordering from Instagram but I did with the promise that the gift would arrive by the day after Mother’s Day. Well it arrived 6 days later. I wasn’t very happy about that, but the product they delivered was very nice and exceeded my expectations. The website chooses defaults that end up costing you more money for a preview of your 3D rendering, which I didn’t want but was in a hurry to order. Overall the product is awesome but the ordering system and communication from the company left me with mixed feelings.

Be careful, they blatantly lie about their shipping times. And will not apologize for being misleading. Customer Service was very short and told me that what I got for choosing free shipping. Even though that option guaranteed it would arrive before mother's day. Take your business elsewhere.

I ordered a small heart keychain with a 3d image of my kids as a gift. It turned out absolutely awesome! I'm sure we'll do another 3D item for the family or for my kids. Maybe hang it on a backpack or somewhere else as it's kind of bulky for us who carry light. ** great customer service **I chatted online with them before the order and called them when Fedex had issues with the package. They know how to treat a customer. They remain calm, respectful, and can quickly resolve issues. That's my impression. I didn't have an issue with the item but I trust they would take care of me.Tip: make the picture big in the keychain as it shows up better imo. Or better yet... ask them for tips

I ordered a portrait of relative's dog who recently passed away and was a much loved member of the family. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The ArtPix 3-D website clearly said Christmas delivery guaranteed. Well, Christmas is here and no delivery. I called the company and talked to Ricky. He was absolutely no help. He can't explain why the website said Christmas delivery guaranteed. He can't explain why my package is not being delivered by Christmas. He can't cancel the shipment. He can't really do anything. This is not how one operates a business. It is not acceptable. If they couldn't get it to me by Christmas, they should not have said Christmas delivery is guaranteed!

Wow I'm impressed by the quality of the product, it's a great 3d pic of a pet. I just got it which was quickly made and delivered before promised. I recommend this company And I will definitely be making future purchases.

I was disappointed with the piece I received, especially when the price was over $400. The company was prompt and showed fidelity to the shipping and delivery upcharge I paid and I appreciated that; however, the quality of the product did not meet my expectations, especially considering the lovely examples in the advertising images.
