We shopped this particular mall most of the day during Labor Day weekend and this store had the best customer service in all the stores we visited in the mall that day. They were super busy but the employees still greeted and held things we were purchasing at the register to make it easy on us to shop.

The reviews here made me nervous about the staff but my visit here was exceptional & probably the best I've ever received in any clothing store I've ever visited. I had a return to make so I brought the original bag it shipped in & also shopped around. I had a ton of stuff in my hands & was approached by the nicest staff member who graciously took all of my items to be held in the dressing room. She also took my return bag to the front cashier to hold for me. The dressing rooms don't have mirrors inside except for one, another staff member kindly took me to that specific room. I'm usually just trying to fly in & out of there minus looking at myself in the mirror continously so I appreciated that. I wanted another top in my size but they were out so they ordered it for me online, free shipping. Thank you to the staff for being so kind & helpful!

The staffs was nice when you’re trying to make a purchase. If you want to return or exchange they will get mad and rude. Even you already talk to online agent that is ok to get store credit for return they still don’t accept any return.

beautiful space, everyone working there was so friendly and helpful while i was trying on clothing and they all seemed to be having a great time and were joking around with each other etc. i ended up only buying 1/9 items but the lady was so kind about taking all of the items back for me. it was also very nice 2 see that everyone there liked their job and was friends with each other!

This store is well designed and elegant! The decor is appropriate and perfect.
The shop sells quality items that are broken down into sections in the store.
The layout is perfect and everything is easy to find! Shelves are well stocked, and a variety is very good.
The staff was extremely helpful but not overbearing or trying to just sell. They seem to like their job.

I bought a blazer for work and there were no signs that it was final sale, the cashier was so unnecessarily rude when communicating that it is final sale when 1 day later, I tried to return it unworn with labels on! Why? I would have gladly taken store credit since the blazer paled in comparison with something I found at Theory. I will never buy from Aritzia again. When I said that out loud, the cashier association said “Good” and shrugged her shoulders! Imagine that level of customer service!! Shameful!! There are way better stores around with better quality clothes and decent sales associates that are ACTUALLY willing to help. I will not support fast fashion and definitely not this business.

If you feel like you don't fit in the aesthetic of the store, make sure you get out of there within 10 minutes before they find a way to kick you out. Only Caucasian allowed to browse. Unpleasant experience!

I frantically walked in this store 30 minutes before closing time to find something to wear for a wedding. CJ jumped in to help me immediately and brought me all sorts of things to try! I left with a wonderful skirt and a top on hold in case my backup option doesn’t work. The whole staff was super friendly and helpful and the clothes were great!

Aritzia opened the end of 2022 in the Fashion Outlets of Rosemont mall.It opened with a lot of fanfare and a lot of interest.I had to check out our for myself to see what all the fuss was about.What I saw was either workout clothing or business casual styles.Mostly small sizes, with high prices.The quality was not great, and a lot of the clothes were made in Romania.I really didn't see anything that I was thrilled with, and I certainly did not purchase anything that day.Not sure if I will ever shop there again.
