  DITTO ON THE HIGH FAILURE RATE. These are cheap, lightweight electronic contraptions. I was an electrician back in the 60's. Ballasts had a 30 year life expectancy. We had almost half of 40 installed fail in 5 years. UNFORTUNATELY....they were just out of warranty. This is an insult. Do not purchase these ballasts.

  I own a ten year old building with 14 fluorescent light fixtures that all had ICN-4P32-SC ballasts. Over the past five years we have had to replace almost every one of them - - these things are junk.
