This place was my go to everyday after work for months the guy working before this new replacement older guy he’s terrible very rude made me leave the store how unprofessional people you can hire you need more people like the other guy that works 3pm to night time you guys need new management and hire people who actually care about their jobs. 07/28/24 7pm AWFUL

The early morning employe is never alert. HE never has rollers on the grill and he also doesn’t grant the deals they have labeled! I’m sorry sir it’s not my fault you’re not doing your job and changing out the promotions. Do better. 0 stars horrible

This 7-eleven I was going to buy some snack and I asked for using quick restroom. The guy he lied to me we don’t have restroom. So I did not spend single penny. This man was so rude and lie. Highly recommended avoid this 7-eleven.

They have a huge sign on the soda fountain that says Big Gulp 89 cents. I go to buy my Coke Zero Big Gulp and somehow it is $1.29. I say to the guy that he's got the wrong price and he mumbles something unintelligible. I point to thr sign and he repeats. This is a scam location. They are trying to rip people off. I left him with the coke and walked out. Do not go here!

The owner and whoever works in this location put fake sign on restrooms door ( out of order) all the, they are not respectful people. I don’t advice anyone to spend $ in this location, 7- Eleven management should train and choose owners and employees carefully.I don’t believe the people works there know how to communicate and deal with customers.

I went to this 711 location on Higgins Road @ Rosemont, IL to buy snacks & lottery tickets. I won a scrath-off ticket of $100. I wanted to spend $45 worth using my winning ticket and this hispanic lady name Yennisa? I don't remember her ID name, but it starts with a "Y" refused to cash in my ticket. She worked at night when I was there. She mentioned they don't cash in tickets worth a $100! I mentioned that I'm purchasing $45 worth with some change back. But she still refused to do so.I jz don't get it. Why would this store refused to cash in when ur still buying tickets that u've won on the same place u bought tickets from??? This place is ludicrous!!! Disappointed customer!!!

Guy at register refused to give us a lottery ticket saying you need to be born in 2000 to be able to buy one. does he realize people born in 2004 are 18 past their birth month ?
