Coffee wasn't fresh. Pizza slices we got were freezer burnt and cheese tasted like microwaved plastic. Not good quality, won't recommend.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. Top reviews say the same thing but want to keep this up to make sure people see this before they make the trek over. The store is only open during mall hours, sometimes closing earlier.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The cashiers are always rude and unwelcoming, they seem to pick and choose what price they want to make their items, they purposefully put 2 pizza slices in one box to charge you double, they always add the non-alcoholic Heineken to my charge but don’t give me one, constantly skipping my pin and my rewards. Especially the one girl cashier who goes back in forth between two customers even if it’s 2 people in line. If I could go on I would but I won’t waste more time on them. They argue you with you about their sales/discounts that they promote and refuse to service the customer. Do not come here, many stores/employees in the mall have already boycotted this 7/11 because of their unprofessional behavior.

Stock standard 7-Eleven but it's condensed down. The hours say 24 hours, but there are separate posted hours in the window of the shop. These are currents as of the posting.

I tried to self-check the product-level scanning. Stuff came to me, informing me that I had scanned the wrong one. Haha. Why did they put the wrong bar code?

mtn dew pitch black at the soda fountain was not mtn dew pitch black. tasted and looked like (blue, not purple) voltage or blueshock even though fountain was advertised as pitch black.

Got charged $1 more on 2 different bottles of Wine 2 different days, at first thought it was a mistake but when I told them something he said I was mistaken, which I made him come around the counter to see. It might seem like it’s only $1 but it adds up in their favor at the end of the day.

The only reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because of customer service. On 2 different occasions I went to this location since I work in the mall and the worker pressed credit without even giving me the option to enter my debit pin. I told the first time to let me enter my pin and she reached over to the pin pad and hit credit. I don’t like that other than this issue everything else is perfect
