Every time I come here I get sold a defective pen. And you'll know they are defective because a cap won't be on it but they will still tell you it's fine, we'll no it's not. Am I smoking a used pen that doesn't work or what? I don't trust coming here anymore.

Went into wise guys roselle not even 15 minutes ago. I purchased 2 regular size posh vapes for $20. Went to my car in the parking lot opened one and it didn’t work, opened the other and it worked fine. I went back in not even 2 minutes after walking out and was told I cannot get an exchange or refund. I’d have to purchase a new vape all over again, I was advised there was a small sign by the checkout that said I need to open it in front of staff to make sure the product works but I didn’t see it and wasn’t told the first time. Been here a couple times and the prices are never the same. Different person like every few months too. Huge employee turnover, which is why prices are never consistent probably due to horrible training. In addition to not being greeted in a friendly manner. Just goes to show how much the owners really don’t care or put in effort to the business and well being of its employees.

Great selection, decent prices but heavy employee turnover. My girlfriend and I were just there last night and Allison was working. She was knowledgeable and had a great energy. I hope she’s still there next month!

I really can't give this place more than 2 stars due to the fact that when I go in I usually am made to feel like I'm bothering someone. Like maybe I interrupted their meditation time? Because it's not like they are frazzled due to being busy. When I go in I'm always the only customer in the store. I get the same things every time. And just like someone else had said in another comment, it's NEVER the same price twice!!! Do they just make up the price? They guess and decide on the spot? I don't know, but I don't like it at all.

Good store and shop, has all the stuff you need in terms of disposables, mods, coils, juice, etc. They try to keep up with new products that come out as well.Good store however - DO NOT WORK HEREThe training is not good at all, and they just hand you a big packet that tells you what to do and what to expect. They just expect you to use your own time and don’t ever go through it with you diligently and will blame it on you when you make a mistake so you are on your own. Seems lazy to me on managements part. Was even criticized for asking questions, so don’t even bother trying. They will find a way to push you away. Don’t want to support a business who treats them this way.

Every time I go there to buy my products they charge me different price same product same juice every employee charge me different than the first time and I ask why they said Price went up last time I asked the lady to give me juice with the nicotine level 1.8 she told me we don’t have juice with nicotine but I can add for you nicotine I told her OK but when I went home there’s no nicotine at all so she lied to me and charge me extra money for the nicotine
