This a wonderful smoke shop. Very convenient. Products are priced higher, I'm assuming since this store does not have as much to choose from in stock. Purchased two vapes, blue slurpee and raspberry lemonade micco N16000. I don't think there is nicotine in these, compared to a posh Max. Waste of money but convenient location.

My first purchase was at the Roselle location. Tammy was the amazing employee that took care of me. She was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. She is the reason I made this my vape shop and even followed her to the a different location even though the products are more expensive due to higher taxes. I am loyal to her because she always takes care of me and makes sure I leave with what I want and need. Definitely a really nice vape shop friendly and informative staff. This should be your new vape shop for excellent customer service and conversation. I always leave with a smile.

Over priced xtron 2 10000 for $45 I told the lady there two for 40 in Cook county and she proceeded down my word say no they're not I own a smoke shop in Cook county I'm sure you do lady and then when I asked my money back right in front of her when I paid and did not leave she said you don't get a refund a read the signs which was rude. If I receive a smoke shop in Cook county I'll leave and take my business elsewhere

Every time I come here I get sold a defective pen. And you'll know they are defective because a cap won't be on it but they will still tell you it's fine, we'll no it's not. Am I smoking a used pen that doesn't work or what? I don't trust coming here anymore.

Went into wise guys roselle not even 15 minutes ago. I purchased 2 regular size posh vapes for $20. Went to my car in the parking lot opened one and it didn’t work, opened the other and it worked fine. I went back in not even 2 minutes after walking out and was told I cannot get an exchange or refund. I’d have to purchase a new vape all over again, I was advised there was a small sign by the checkout that said I need to open it in front of staff to make sure the product works but I didn’t see it and wasn’t told the first time. Been here a couple times and the prices are never the same. Different person like every few months too. Huge employee turnover, which is why prices are never consistent probably due to horrible training. In addition to not being greeted in a friendly manner. Just goes to show how much the owners really don’t care or put in effort to the business and well being of its employees.
