Walgreens pharmacy is HORRIBLE!! I have problems with them every time it doesn't matter what it is. Giving them a 1 star is me being generous because they are -10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I'm so happy that are refills are up, we are definitely switching to Jewel Osco they're more professional an medication is well stocked I don't need to wait 24-48hrs to for it to be filled. No wonder Walgreens is going out of business.

I have submitted the same prescription FIVE TIMES. Every single time they've switched it to a different drug without my consent and then canceled the order without calling.
Also the same pharmacist always insists that my prescription didn't go through insurance when it has gone through every single time, it's literally legally required for my insurance to cover this medication in this state. It honestly feels like she deliberately tries to find excuses to not give me my meds, I genuinely cannot think of any other explanation, never had these issues at any other pharmacy or with any other employee at this pharmacy, it's truly bizarre. They also misfile drugs all the time and then claim they don't have them even if they do, you have to insist to get anyone to double check, at which point they are found immediately. At this point I am suspecting discrimination for multiple reasons. It is always the same exact script that she "loses". Every. Single. Time. Never anything else.
Joe is the only decent pharmacist here as far as I'm aware (really hope I'm remembering his name right), I have never had a single issue with him, even when something goes wrong he always fixes it without being asked. Incredibly polite, asks for help when he can't fix something for me instead of just blowing me off like the others. Never had an issue with my script when Joe is working the pharmacy counter.

No stars if I could. The girl pharmacist had the audacity to deny my coworker previously called a prescription TWICE and started to doubt us saying we did not. Yet why is the SAME NUMBER on my call log? So disrespectful and rude and we tried to explaining myself and the girl pharmacist had told us there is no male working for them. Even tho two workers called and spoke to 2 different men. Unfortunately our clinic will NOT be using or recommending this pharmacy. No wonder this place has 2.0 stars if these people don’t like their jobs don’t take it out on others..

I recently went in today with my grandma and the cashier doesn’t even bother to say hi , and on top of that didn’t assume i spoke fluent english, where she rudely told me twice that she didn’t need to scan some items that I had already brought to her ! don’t go there if your dark or tan skin they’re gonna be racist to you!

One more to go on bad reviews on this Walgreens! This Walgreens is the worst I’ve ever been! Rude people!!!
I was about to pay and Manager John yelled at me saying that I couldn’t pay with a coupon from pampers. I said “can I please see your policies where it said I can’t, because I’ve using them here before” and he said “no”, I was so embarrassed because was customers waiting to pay, and they heard him yelling and been rude to me. When I was walking away I asked him for his name, he said “John” and “if you are not going to buy, you can leave!”. Ever on my entire life I feel so ashamed and embarrassed for being treated less than nothing. I felt like Manager John was racist towards me.
Manager John shouldn’t be on that position if he cannot be nice to customers. He could’ve done things differently without yelling.

Beware, when u buying something from them, they sold me an expired product, and I took it back and they said it non return on product ! Even I ask them for exchange for new once. So beware buying anything from them have to look everything ! It just right by my house, now they make me don't want to shop with them anymore ! I only able to give them 1 start rating, if they let do do zero star I will

This must be the slowest most disorganized pharmacy I've ever been to. Went there for a flu vaccine and it took 90 minutes to eventually get it, even though i had an appointment. They lost my paperwork I filled out through their online scheduling portal. They confused me with someone else multiple times and even thought I needed a prescription for something else. It certainly had me paranoid that what I was getting was indeed the flu vaccine I wanted. Walgreens needs to better train their people, the entire experience was unacceptable.

0 stars if I could! ANNIE from the pharmacy was extremely unprofessional. I got there and asked for my medication she asked for my rx card and I told her I didn’t have one. She told me she suggest I go home and look for it. I have strep and a sinus infection. I never once mentioned that I wasn’t willing to pay 67$ out of my pocket. She told me it didn’t matter because it was 7:30 and no one was gunna fill my prescription because it was 30 mins to close. I was medically neglected because I WANTED TO PAY FOR MY MEDICATION UP FRONT CASH. I told her that was fing ridiculous. She told me to please not curse and then told me she would fill my prescription. I don’t understand why my prescription wasn’t filled earlier when my doctor sent it over at 1pm. I’ve paid 90$ for medication out of my pocket before. I’ve never ever had this problem at any other Walgreens. I have family who work for cvs specialty Caremark. Now here I am with ZERO MEDICATION. Not okay. Waiting for a corporate response.

Katie has been my pharmacist for the last two years. She has seen me go through tons of trial and error on meds, and kept me in the loop with medication shortages. She was one great doctor, and her last day is sometime this week. I just wanted to thank this branch for always ensuring I had safe medication interactions and being kind and patient. Thank you.

I have no issues stopping in to buy skincare products or gifts for people, but i do not like the pharmacy at this location.
