Package drop off frequently jammed, employees probably leave it jammed so they don't have to process as many packages.

The mailbox is almost always full with mail falling out. They know that someone who does online selling stuffs the mailbox with packages on a regular basis, but no one seems to care. Whoever is stuffing the mailbox should just schedule a pickup so that other people can use the mailbox.

My family and I went through a really traumatic experience with Lake in the Hills. My identity has been stolen 3 times now and the local PD refused to process or give me a police report because we suspect they know who it is. What does this have to do with Roselle Post Office? We change our address to Lake in the Hills to Roselle. We filled out both online and in person a change of address to Roselle back in September. It has been 9 weeks and our mail has not been delivered to Roselle. We are not even sure where our mail is at this point. We called Lake in the Hills Post Office who claimed the Roselle change of address is active. We called the Roselle Post Office and the manager claimed it is not active. I received a confirmation that the change of address was done from the U.S. Post Office Roselle. So where is our mail? When we filed a complaint the Roselle Post Office Closed it without doing anything about it.

Worst usps office ever, the people who work here lack customer service. They seem very disturbed every time they answer the phone. My advice, if you can’t handle working with customers, you should look for another job that doesn’t require you to have customer service.

Extremely rude window clerk who only needed to verify my identity for change of address but she did not know HOW to enter into the system. I now have to WALK there again with all my documents which is a hardship being 71 and disabled to walk a mile + because she was too lazy to process change of address.

Rude service. I was waiting in line and the rep took another person who came in after me & totally ignored me. There systems are down, very chaotic. Indian guy very rude.

Package was not delivered. I received a letter that a delivery was attempted, but it wasn't. I went to the USPS but they said they didn't have the package either.

The mailbox is always full and then they change it to a double size mailbox and it's still always full with mail falling out. This is unprofessional. It's sad I'm afraid that my mail won't be sent or someone will steal it.

They didn't deliver my package for an unknown reason. There was room in the mailbox and I was home to receive it as well. When calling to check on the package I was on the most unhelpful system.

Meh it's a post office. I think most of these reviews are based off "feelings" rather than understanding what the employees deal with here everyday. Very uppity, snobbish, entitlement talking down to you type of customers. 4 stars because the service is slow, due to under staffing not because of the employees.

I've never had a problem here! The staff seem knowledge and move the line quickly. Everything else in the commonway is clean and updated and functions as it should. I hope they've cleaned up the big glass mess by the parking lot sidewalk though.

Delivering my credit cards to the neighbors! The moronic mail man can't count...44 is not 50 idiots. My address is way different! All week, giving some random stranger my mail. Time for the post office to be shut down. It just doesn't work anymore. Back to McDonalds you need to go.
