This place sells OLD Stale cigarettes. Purchased a carton of cigarettes that were so stale (the coupon that was inside one of the packs had expired in January) When I called to see if they would replace them, I was given a different number to call, then was only told to call the Mfg and get coupons.

Well I have been buying stuff here for years. It's a freaking shop OK. But just before warned that they change their hours. They are now open until 8pm. I drove all the way up there and it was a little after eight and the place was closed. So I went back up there this morning and talk to the guy at the counter. He was on the phone the whole time. I asked him about the hour change and he said that's not my job. When I said I came up after eight and the place was closed he said I don't care. I thought that was a little rude. I am a shop here again because they're close. But that is just exceptionally poor customer service. I should give them one star.

Never opens when it should. Employees are always late to open store. Why post a open time when they never follow it.

Went in the shop with my buddy and the cashier accused him of stealing and made us wait five minutes while he went back and checked the security tapes. We will never set foot in Tobacco Oasis ever again.

Miserable service, guy accused my friend and I of theft, unfriendly cashier. Every time you buy something the schmuck has to check the camera to make sure you're not clipping. Will go anywhere but here.
