Do not use a debit or credit card at this location. In the last 4 years, scammers and hackers have gotten every single member of my family. . After you leave you will see a ATM transaction withdrawing $240. It's the same amount for every victim. Beware

The car wash is broken but the business is still taking money for it at the pump! No sign indicating the car was is broken and they will not offer a refund! Also the staff DOES NOT WEAR MASK!!!

This place has the worst car wash I've ever seen. I bought the platinum wash and it barely washed my car at all. I asked for a refund but I was told I could only receive a free wash that is only good for today. So I washed it a second time and once again it barely cleaned the car. One wash anywhere else for the same price does a lot more than two washes at the place. Don't go here!!!

As others shared, I had issues with the car wash too. Everything seemed to work until the very end when the dryer didn't work. The bay next to me had a working dryer though. I give this place 3 stars for a convenient locationon Roselle Road and just off 290. But on my last visit there were so many cars parked looking like they were awaiting service that it made it hard to get in and around the gas pumps and out without having to carefully maneuver around the parking lot. I've only used the store inside once and although very busy, the service was fine.

Paid for car wash after filling up my tank, and then sat outside the car wash for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to open it for me. In the meantime I called the gas station twice, and the lady told me that the manager was outside near the car wash and that he should be opening it for me (and on my second call, she was kind of rude to me with an attitude). Still took forever. Poor customer service; very inattentive.
