Keeps denying my credit card transaction when I try to use the Fuel Rewards card first.

The guy here will not ring up a carton of cigarettes, instead scanning each individual pack to get some kind of deal for himself or the store. A trip that should take 5 mins ends up taking 20. Go to the BP across the street.
