Unfortunately, what I ordered from Roselle flowers was not what was delivered. I contacted them about it. They confirmed that the right item had not been delivered and then I would hear back from them on how to make it right that was two days ago and the purchase was for a funeral. very disappointed for a second time at the lack of follow through.

Ordered on line and it was the easiest process! Set up delivery for the following day. The driver called me when he got there to let me know where he was leaving them! And flowers were beautiful! Would definitely order from here again!

I chose designers choice for a floral arrangement to be sent to my daughter’s Godmother for her birthday. It was absolutely beautiful and I highly recommend them to anyone. Went in earlier today, as I needed a bouquet for my friends birthday. I will admit it was a last minute thing before I needed to meet with her and her boyfriend for dinner, but the woman working behind the counter was so sweet and made such a gorgeous arrangement! I honestly really love going here, because each time I am enthralled with how strategic and thoughtful they are when making their arrangements and it’s such a joy to watch.

I ordered a $100+ flower arrangement over the phone. Carlos was incredibly kind and helpful. The disappointing part came when I saw that the flower arrangement delivered was not at all what I ordered. Perhaps there is a disconnect between the customer service team and the designers, but if every single flower in the arrangement needs to be replaced with something different, a common practice is calling the customer to verify they are okay with substitutions. Most people wouldn't be okay with spending $100 on something they didn't order. When I called to express my disappointment, they really didn't care. They offered to pick up the arrangement from the person I ordered it for and replace it next week.... genuinely curious if this solution has ever worked for anyone ever because it's completely laughable. Most people have flowers delivered for occasions that are time sensitive. Imagine them going to the person's house you ordered them for and asking them to give the flowers back.
