This is specifically for the side that deals with wheels. I ordered a wheel for my truck online (I am not local). The next day I received an email saying that the wheel may be on backorder or no longer available. Matt, the guy who emailed me, said he would let me know when he finds out. Two days later, I emailed him back to ask if he had an update on the wheel. I was trying to find out if I needed to order one from elsewhere. He did not respond. Three days after that (we're now at day 5 since the first email), I emailed again asking for the status of the wheel. Several hours after I sent my email with no response, I called this place. I spoke to a guy on the phone. I told him I just wanted an update on my order, and he told me someone would call me back. The next day, I called again and was told the same thing: someone would call me back. The day after that (day 7 with still no call back from anyone or an email from the guy Matt), I called for the third time. No one answered, so I left a message. And you guessed it: no one called me back!Finally, on day 8, I sent my third email to Matt. I told him about all my contact attempts and to just refund my money. And what do you know, he actually emailed me back! I got my refund, but the whole experience was extremely frustrating. I was unable to speak with anyone about my order the whole time, and it's not like my order was cheap. I was out hundreds of dollars during this ordeal. I appreciate Matt finally getting back to me, but it shouldn't have taken so long to come to a resolution. It blows my mind that no one bothered to return my calls. I highly recommend not ordering online from these guys, especially if you're not local. Your inquiries will go unanswered while they have your $$$

I had a center wheel cap fall off my new Fuel Rebel 8 wheels. My local dealer said they were backordered from fuel and several weeks out. Midwest Tread was the only place I could find them and I live in Nevada. Matt responded to my email right away and even let me pay extra for expedited shipping. I got them the next day. Amazing service! I would definitely recommend this business.

I can't say enough about this dealership. I love being able to support a family run business, I appreciate that they don't pressure me into unnecessary repairs when I'm in for routine service, and their prices are competitive. More importantly, I had a problem with Ford honoring my warranty, the staff at Friendly went to bat for me and got the issue resolved.I feel like I'm more than just a number here.

I took my car in for a warranty repair. They decided to take the liberty of running diagnostic tests on it that I didn't ask for. I already knew what was wrong with it. They are now trying to charge me $180 for the diagnostics and won't let me get my car because they keep pushing me to contact ford so I can get another repair that I don't want. They won't offer a courtesy car or anything and I can't get to work while they have my car. Super unprofessional and ridiculous.

This place is absolutely AMAZING!!! If you need anything done with your vehicle, Friendly is the place to go! The staff that work there, from service to buying a new car, go above and beyond every time. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. They are honest, caring and would bend over backwards for their customers.

Horrible service department!! My tires on my Explorer were defective. Service manager told me she would have to contact manufacturer to replace them. In the mean time , they were safe to drive on. Never heard back from her. I called a month later and was told the customer has a better chance of dealing With the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer & was told they don't usually deal with the customer but with the dealer. I'm handicapped, I got a flat because of the chunking defect on the tire. I was stranded for 5 hrs waiting for roadside assistance to come change my tire. I finally got the manufacturer to replacee my tires but had to go 45 min from my home to get them done where they told me the manufacturer only covered $ 140 for each tire & the tires cost $220 each. All this because the the service at Friendly Ford was too lazy to do her job. I'm a glutton for punishment, so when I received a letter from Ford about a a recal, I brought it in again. On the phone , I was told it would take about 1 1/2 hrs to complete so I decided I would bring it in & wait. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it would take 4 plus hrs. After a fight , they agreed to drive me home till the car was ready. I wasn't about to wait 4 hrs. They said they would pick me up when my Car was ready, never showed up. I had to use a ride share company which cost me $50 in rush hour traffic. Never again!! My lease is up next month. Will never do business with them again. Friendly Ford I isn't too Friendly!

Is zero stars an option? They are con artists. My 2015 ford explorer spun out and my wheel hub started making noise and found out it was because my rear toe link broke and was recalled. So they charged me $200 for my wheel hub through my warranty. But my car continued to be messed up and I Told them over and over again. They said it's because I bought new tires and to break them in. I did and it was still making noise. So I brought it back and replaced my other three wheel hubs and was charged another $200 with my warranty. My transmission was slipping. I brought it back. they told me it needed an update and did work without my permission and tried to charge me $197, I said no it's under warranty why would I do that? I brought it to another dealership and found out every sensor was broken and received a whole new transmission. The other dealership said if they would have driven the car after they did the update Friendly Ford would have known. It was negligent on Friendly Fords part. They just want their money. Not to mention I just had new tires and my alignment done and they tried to tell me my alignment was off when I brought it in. I laughed at them and they all looked at each other and said sometimes the ground test is wrong and they have to see it up on the machine, because they tried to lie to get their money. I'll be contacting the secretary of state. I also have left a message for their service department to let them know my trans is being replaced with no response.

I called this business because, myself, the car wash employees and the Jiffy lube employees couldn't remove my bike rack hitch. I thought they would look at me and give me a ridiculous price to have it removed and it would take a few hours...nope not the case at all. I came in and the manager of the body shop (I forgot his name) took my car and 15 mins later came back with the bike rack hitch removed, and sent me in my way...he was super friendly, courteous and speedy. I will be coming back for my regular services from now on.

Last week I get cut off by another driver and forced into on up on a curb. I could see no problems, but wanted to have car checked. Tim, a service writer, did a quick inspection, asked me several questions, and said they would check the car's suspension, steering, tires, wheels, and brakes. He found the most economical way to do this. Luckily there was nothing wrong except for scuffing on wheel which did impact anything. However, did find an oil leak in the head which he showed me and we got that taken care of. It was my choice and no pressure. This is typical of the service I get at Friendly Ford. All the service writers (JR, Kathy, and now Tim) are very helpful.
