This is the perfect place to bring your pets if you truly care about their well-being! Dr. Kugashiya and his team provide exceptional care, are attentive to every detail, and deliver outstanding customer service. You really can’t go wrong by bringing your pets here. As for those concerned about pricing, having a pet comes with responsibility, and their rates are actually more affordable compared to many local vets. Highly recommended!

The doctor and staff have always taken good care of my dog and cat. When my dog passed away, they were so helpful, kind, and understanding. I will always bring my fur babies here, and i live in the city, but i think the trek is worth it because i trust them. I would recommend them to anyone.

If you dont know already there is a $100 fee for not being able to make your appointment due to life reasons.
Until paid they refuse to do treatment or anything to an animal, even though its been pre-paid for by the shelter they have a contract with. Furthermore they wont attempt to reschedule you, just tell you to have a nice day.

Dr. K and his staff are of the kindest staff around. Carla has great reception and Zoe is very professional in intake. Dr. K, seems to be honest and thorough. We had been taking our 3 year old pitmix rescue their since he was a baby in 2021 and we will continue to do so. We've never had issues, even through the pandemic. They handled Javachip like a champ and up to now when we took him in for what we thought was an injured paw, that turned out to be shoulder related. They never seemed to push or "upsell" any meds that he didn't need. Only showed us our options and suggested care. Comfort and honesty are always the vibe at Park Rose with Dr. K and staff.

Visited today for my cane corso’s heartworm test and physical exam and I can’t be more satisfied! From the friendly front desk ladies to the doc and his staff in the back, they care about you and your pet!
My dog had 2 surgeries on his back legs to prevent hip dysplasia, last one was 2 years ago and he fully recovered after both of them.
While doing the physical exam today the doc came out and asked me if my dog had any back leg traumas in the past because of the way the dog stands on his feet, they noticed something on a first visit that even I haven’t noticed over the years. That tells me that they are experienced and professional, not just trying to charge you their exam fee like Banfield for example.. And speaking of prices, Park Rose AH has the lowest prices of all the animal hospitals in the area. I am just saving you time and phone calls.?
I definitely recommend them and will visit again! ?

If I could I rate this place a ZERO star, I would. They stopped taking my dog in just because I missed two appointments? People have jobs and sometimes they can miss their appointments. You guys need to straighten up your customer care and not have it led by a doctor. That doctor is stupid and arrogant about his schedule.

Brought my dog in for a checkup on his ears. The vet and tech were great with trying to calm my dog’s nerves. Doctor explained everything and answered all of my questions. I informed them I had a certain antibiotic at home and he advised me that I could use that for my dog’s ear (instead of trying to upsell me on something else). The front desk staff is also very friendly and willing to squeeze you in for last minute appointments when possible. I’d also say pricing is very reasonable. Thank you!!! Glad we found our new vet!

Very caring and friendly. Dr. K and his team are always great and Belle LOVES seeing Sam, she is always very sweet with our Belle! Highly recommend Park Rose!
