This company was wonderful from the beginning quote to the delivery of our belongings. A cross-country move is stressful, but they did everything they could to destress the process as much as possible. Not one single item was broken or damaged.

Jose has great teams at both locations. Jose was in contact with us the whole time. Came earlier than scheduled. We could not have been more pleased. It was a bit pricy but worth every penny. We would recommend NAV to anyone. .

Victor specificly, and his crews, at both ends, did a masterful job of packing, and loading all of our possesions. They all were careful of our things and buildings.they were kind, respecful, courteous, yet personable. Hats off to him and his peple on both ends. Now to finish unpacking and disposing of this stuff. Thanks to your whole team for a job well done. Add Tyler to the good guy list as his knowledge and communicatikns was spot on.

Tyler Hock & Megan Bradford were exceptional at communication and handling of the coordination of administrative work, drivers & crew, accessing the amount of items we were taking on our cross country move from IL to AZ.Our driver Joe and his crew on both ends of transportation were absolutely professional and kind. They all introduced themselves and worked harder than I've ever seen to get our stuff loaded and unloaded. When I saw the semi pull up to our home in AZ and they opened the doors - I was floored. Joe had this masterly packed and he knew where everything was located. Our stuff only took up the first quarter of the truck! It looked like a game of Tetris.I would use them again and again!

From the relocation specialist to the movers and everyone else that we delt with they were very polite and courteous.They kept in contact with us to make sure that everything was going along as planned.We would definitely use them again if we were to move.Highly recommend North American Van Lines.

The 3rd party they used to move us was unprofessional, not on time, and this led our items to be packed very haphazardly.On the backend, hiding that items were broken and not in our delivery (which one week later remain lost). I do not recommend.

I cannot give a 5 star rating because my house had to be split into two deliveries. The house that was packed on the truck before mine was not estimated correctly which left far less room for our house. Other than that everything worked out great. Nothing was broken and crews were awesome!
