I've been going to Alaina for 7 years for partial highlight, Brazilian Blowout, and cut. She always does a great job, very responsive to what I ask for, and bonus she's pleasant to talk to. Highly recommend.

Alaina is an amazing colorist! My hair is very fine and thin so it can damage and break. But not with Alaina! She’s been coloring my hair for years and it actually looks healthier after she does it. And her haircut skills are equally amazing. She manages to bring more volume to my hair with layers and shaping. Her prices are super reasonable and her salon is cozy. I highly recommend Alaina- She is a talented person who takes pride in her work.

I used a Groupon, I use them to find services I may like. I am so glad I used it here. Best highlight, cut and style I ever had, I am not even exaggerating. Alaina is a great stylist. She gets my color perfect every time and I love her cuts. She shows me how to style my hair so I can get that great salon look at home. I highly recommend her services. I wish to give negative star. Google needs to introduce negative star for business like this. Owner is so rude and pathetic. If a person doesn't have etiquettes to talk, what kind of service you can expect.Updated:Let me complete story. It was our mistake that we assumed time at 3 PM instead of 2:30 PM. However, She planned to reach 15 mins early at 2:45 PM. I called you at 2:42 PM( I can put screen shot if you like) for your call back that she is on way and will reach any moment. Your reaction, "your time was 2:30 PM, she is 15 minute late, we can't take her. Talk to Groupon and take your refund. Thanks to you, now my stylist will be free for 1 hour." This is how you treat your customer ? I was feeling that we did crime to come late 15 mins in your salon. My rating will remain same as negative and warning for others. Thanks.

Tried a Groupon for my first time. First, salon is VERY DIRTY, piles of hair on floor and chairs. Ceiling tiles are stained and warped from roof leaks. It's pretty bad. Now, service. Alaina had some "nice" moments but overall I found her very overpowering and gruff. My hair at very first glance in poor fluorescent lighting looked good. But then when I got a real look at it, OH NO... my roots pulled blonde, then huge orange section. The highlights were supposed to be woven in. They are straight blocky stripes. It's AWFUL. I paid an additional $50 on top of the Groupon for "touch up" color at the roots where I have grey. I tipped $25 because that's what we do, right? I'm now scheduled somewhere else for color correction. Lesson learned. My recommendation is to get the place cleaned up and fixed and possibly learn how to speak nicely to the clients.

I love coming here because I can schedule an appointment online and getting my hair done doesn't take hours and hours like at other places. Alaina does a great job and I always leave feeling and looking like a million bucks.

This salon always came up on groupon so I wanted to try this place. I get one major haircut once a year and I am always picky when it comes to having my haircut. I typically just go to great clips for a trim only. But for a major cut I always try and go to a reputable salon. I reading reviews and the stylist Alaina came up! When I booked the appointment the receptionist basically talked me out of purchasing groupon because I could get 20% due to a referral. So I opted out of purchasing groupon. I finally got my cut but it was not what I wanted. I specifically told her I don't like short layers but instead I got more short layers than long layers! She is very knowledgeable when about hair but I wish she applied that on my hair! Now I have to wait to grow out these layers!
