I have been visiting this car wash location in Roselle on Lake street now for several years, have a membership with them and always enjoyed my visits over-there. I am very fond of my Kia and never had any bad issues with the car wash. As a matter a fact, this Jet Brite is my favorite location. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, especially Claudia the manager, always open for a chat . Because of my frequent visits there that their membership allows ,I get to know them a little and there is always a smile present. Any questions or concerns I have will be taken care of , easy, nice and friendly customer service. Thank you Claudia and all your colleagues for all you do, especially when it is very busy, My car and I love your showers. Warm regards

The washes are consistent for sure. I purchased the monthly auto pay, and as a result, the service is quicker. In and out. I would like to see a little more attention to the blowers/dryers at the end to remove that moisture on the back window a little better! All else is great!

Very crowded, but the employees just stand around and ignore the traffic jam. One guy is in the lot smoking and watching the cars pile up and almost hit each other.The "lite wash" was barely sufficient to get the salt off the windshield.Very poor service.

Very good machines and very attentive guys, your car is like new. But if you wash more than three times in a week they want to close your account, even though it says they are unlimited washes.

Just washed my wifes black prius and my black volvo, only to see when I got home and took a look, the cars are very scratched. I have had a membership here since they started offering memberships at this location and never had an issue but now both cars need paint corrections. Very frustrating and costly. If you have a black car or a car that you are meticulous about stay away. Scratch city. The pictures are of my brand new car that went through the Jet Brite Car Wash 2 times, it has been no where else.
